Pros
It is simple to use and add new team members and handle employee management tasks. I can easily set up individual accounts with specific user permissions and give staff access to their pay stubs and W2 forms. Managing 401k enrollments is smooth and I appreciate being able to print balance reports whenever needed. Creating and submitting IRs documentation is handled well too.
Cons
The only real issue I've run into is when a new hire already has an existing Paychex account, the system won't let you set up their credentials and you end up having to call support to get the old account removed.

Pros
The time-off request system is really convenient for both submitting and approving requests. As a manager I find this feature useful for streamlining workflow. However I get the feeling our organization isn't taking full advantage of everything this platform has to offer.
Cons
Finding my way around the HR sections can be pretty frustrating when I'm trying to locate specific information I need. This might be because we haven't had much formal training on how to use the system effectively. The visual design could definitely use some work as it feels outdated and not very appealing to look at.

I appreciate how they provide tailored services for clients with unique requirements. The mobile app comes in really handy too. What stands out most is the Employee self-service feature
Cons
Occasionally run into some hiccups when generating reports and there are minor glitches that pop up from time to time. Nothing major though, these are pretty small issues overall.

I really appreciate how quickly I can view my hours, access pay stubs, request time off and make updates. Checking hours, clocking in and out or pulling up pay information is so simple. Even if your not super tech-savvy, you'll easily find what you need.
Cons
The only real issue I have is when you mess up your hours. Having to get a manager to fix it can be a bit of a hassle.

Running a small business means juggling countless tasks so being able to process our weekly payroll quickly has been a huge relief. The system makes data entry straightforward and doesn't bog me down with unnecessary complications.
Cons
setting up garnishments and their fees wasn't something I could handle independently. Had to call support to get it configured properly. Would be great if I could manage these additions myself without needing assistance.

Adding clients to the system is really time-consuming and complicated. Our entry process requires time allocation for each client but getting them into Paychex just takes way too long and isn't straightforward at all.

I'm really impressed with how smooth everything has been since we switched over last year. Our sales rep was fantastic from the start and the setup team was patient while I got up to speed with everything. Having a dedicated payroll specialist assigned to me has been a game-changer and they're always there when I need backup. The system itself is quite easy and the mobile app features are excellent. Since our employees work at different locations throughout the day, the mobile clock-in functionality has made their lives so much easier for tracking time on the go.
Cons
Every few weeks when updates roll out, my late-shift workers get stuck and can't clock out properly. Its frustrating that this timing issue keeps happening to the evening crew specifically.

The remote access controls are really flexible. I can let people log in from anywhere or restrict it to specific workstations only. From what I've seen, this stacks up well against other payroll systems out there.
Cons
Sometimes the system runs pretty slow and logging in can take forever, like several minutes which is really frustrating. The worst part is it doesn't track when someone actually started their shift properly because of these delays.

Our client rep changed frequently when we started. They always let us know but just when you build rapport with someone, they're gone or moved to another account. The constant turnover makes me question how they treat their staff and why people keep leaving.

The support I get from Elizabeth Frasier is outstanding. Really she's what makes this experience worthwhile for me. Her help stands out above everything else.
Cons
It is expensive and my inbox gets flooded with sales pitches from other departments trying to upsell me on stuff I don't need. Also, when it comes to state withholding registration, the links they send never seem to work properly. Really frustrating when you;re trying to get compliance stuff done.
