The team definitely knows their stuff across different areas but whenever they try to teach me something new, it feels more like a sales pitch for another product rather than genuinely helping out an existing customer like me.

Appreciate having full control over our weekly payroll process and the onboarding tools make bringing new employees aboard much smoother. Staff members get their own login credentials so they can access previous pay stubs and tax documents whenever needed. The smooth integration with paperless payroll and direct deposit functionality works great. Tech support has been helpful and responds quickly when I need assistance.

Sheer number of features can be overwhelming as I'm never quite sure what I should focus on learning next to get more out of the system. A structured tutorial would be incredible, something like "start here for basics, move to level 2, then level 3" and so forth.
