Pros

The payroll processing is so smooth and making changes is not an issue. I appreciate how accurate everything stays, plus the quarterly tax handling is always on time.

Cons

Easy to handle

Pros

It is so easy to handle. Employees can find their paystub info without any hassle, which is great. What I appreciate most is how smoothly it transitions between desktop and mobile, no issues at all.

Cons

sometimes you have to back out of screens to see what you need, which can feel a bit clunky though the navigation is smooth enough that it's not a major issue.

Cost is an issue

Pros

The account reps are always there when I need them and really helpful with any questions or support issues that come up.

Cons

The pricing has become a real issue for us. We used to get the service for free but they changed their criteria and now we're paying hundreds each month. It's frustrating because we've sent clients to Paychex who are still using them, yet we're stuck with these hefty monthly fees.

Missing features and bad support

Pros

The payroll specialist I work responds quickly. When I bring up any issues with our client advocate, he's always understanding and really tries to get things sorted out.

Cons

The issues are endless. It's not user-friendly at all, missing key features and basic functionality feels broken. Getting help from technical support takes forever.

Works alright for us

Pros

Payroll and tax functions work really well for us. Generating reports is straightforward and they're clear to read. Setting up and editing payroll items doesn't take much effort.

Cons

setting up new employees and other features takes longer than I'd like. There's always some delay that slows things down. Finding reports is tricky at first, though once you locate one the rest become easier to spot.

Decent reporting and support but has its flaws

Pros

I've found that once you figure out how their customer service structure works, getting help isn't too difficult. Each department has its own dedicated service manager or line for your specific account so if you stay organized with those contacts, resolving issues becomes pretty easy. The price seems reasonable considering all the integrated features you can add or customize. Most components work together well, which really boosts productivity. What I love most is the reporting, the analytics access is excellent and you can set up automated reports at various frequencies.

Cons

The pricing discounts expire after a year and need renewal. Easy to forget until your charges suddenly double just like cable companies. Many modules aren't actually Flex-native but rather old plugin modules that run slow and sometimes only integrate one way which gets really frustrating. If you have two companies linked together with managers overseeing employees from the other company, expect major headaches around reporting and performance reviews. When support says "send a screenshot and we'll submit a ticket," you might as well figure it out yourself or accept it's not happening. There's basically a fee for anything additional or custom you want to do.

sales reps keep changing

Pros

Being able to access payroll setup and generate reports online is really convenient.

Cons

The sales reps keep changing every 6 months or so, which is really frustrating. When I have questions, I can't reach the person who originally trained me on the system. Instead I have to call some generic 1-800 number and start over with someone new each time.

Horrible support

Pros

Nice having everything I need for HR in one place. The functionality is solid though navigating through it can be challenging

Cons

Customer service is terrible. My dedicated rep was rarely available and getting responses took days with multiple follow-ups required.

Best system we've ever used

Pros

This has been our best system yet! It houses all employee matters in one place and staff can access what we allow them to see. The customization options for different employee groups are fantastic and customer service is absolutely incredible. Having our insurance linked directly makes my job so much easier. I can view every employee-related aspect and time tracking all in one spot. Setting everything up and getting it synced with sage was straightforward and adding new employees is even simpler. I use this multiple times daily and really love it.

Cons

some drivers find the new security verification code slows down there clock-in process though most don't seem to have any trouble with it. Might be an easy fix.

Caused huge problems, stay away

Pros

I can't recommend this at all. Steer clear and look elsewhere for your dealership management needs.

Cons

For two years running, they've messed up my 401k contributions, letting me exceed the IRs annual limit. This creates a nightmare. Dealing with them for refund checks, paying my CPA to fix there mess and handling IRs issues. Even after I adjusted my contribution percentage in 2022 and called multiple times in 2023 to confirm auto-adjustment would kick in, they still screwed up the final pay cycles of the year. Getting help from customer service is nearly impossible. They transfer you without warning, dump you back in the queue for hours and can't create case tickets to call back later. Every call means starting over from scratch. The portal feels like it's stuck in 1993. Incredibly clunky interface that desperately needs updating for modern users.

Pros

Adding new team members and handling payroll changes feels effortless with this platform. The pricing is competitive and whenever I've contacted customer service, they've been quick to respond and genuinely helpful.
