Cons

Competitive pricing, slow at times

Pros

I've been with their PEO service for more than a decade now and the pricing along with what they offer has stayed competitive and reasonable throughout.

Cons

This software could definitely run faster. Sometimes it feels a bit sluggish when I'm trying to get things done quickly.

Cons

Pros

I began using this for tracking employee hours across different billing accounts and it's grown into so much more. Now we handle performance reviews, training programs, benefits management and even our company directory through the platform.

Cons

Transferring training files from our old provider was a little hard sometimes. The data syncing between our previous system and this one definitely needs work.

Pros

Cons

Frustratingly slow & unknowledgeable support

Pros

Interface is really simple and doesn't require much training to get comfortable with. What I like is how easily it connects with various insurance providers, saves tons of time on paperwork and claim processing.

Cons

Customer service has been a nightmare with constant delays that interrupt my work. The support team also lacks basic tax knowledge which is pretty concerning.

sales team screwed up our data

Pros

The system itself is user-friendly and works well, though our implementation got botched by the sales team who messed up our data setup. We constantly deal with limited support options and frustrating delays when trying to get issues resolved.

Cons

The sales team and implementation crew kept screwing up our data, entering wrong information left and right. Plus, our salesperson basically misled us and we didn't get half the stuff we were promised during the sales process.

Unable to scale with our growing business

Pros

Getting everything from one provider was very convenient. They handled our 401k, workers comp and payroll all in one place which was a lifesaver for our startup since we didnt have to juggle multiple vendors.

Cons

Main drawback I've noticed is that it doesn't scale well with business growth. As our company expanded, our requirements evolved but the platform struggled to keep up with those changing demands.

Lost so much money because of them

Pros

I was excited about simplifying our hiring process and managing multiple payrolls in one place. When it worked properly, sending out checks was easy.

Cons

This has been the absolute worst experience I've had with any service provider. I trusted them with our payroll processing, only to discover two years later that they never submitted our W2s to the ssA. Now I'm facing a $7,743.56 penalty from the IRs! Getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible and when you do reach someone, they're no help at all. The communication is terrible with all their confusing departments and constant staff turnover, you can never get a straight answer or resolution to anything.

Pros

Getting to what I need is really simple. Whether I'm processing payroll or updating employee info, everything feels convenient and accessible. Haven't tried many other services for comparison but this one strikes me as pretty user-friendly.

Cons

The custom reporting feature is pretty limiting since it only pulls data from the last two years. When I need to analyze trends over multiple years, I have to contact our rep to get the older information which really slows down my research process.

I can see the improvements

Pros

I was pleasantly surprised by how much they've improved since I used them years ago at my previous job. Back then, there were quite a few limitations that frustrated me. When I needed to find an affordable payroll solution for our small company, I decided to give them another shot since they're typically budget-friendly. The Flex platform really impressed me. It brings together time tracking, 401k management, reporting and payroll processing in one clean dashboard. While it's similar to what competitors offer, I find the interface much simpler and easier to navigate than other options I've tried.

Cons

The frequent check-ins and experience surveys can get a bit annoying when you just want to focus on your work. There's also some turnover with reps so you might end up with someone who's slower to respond than your previous contact. That said it's not a huge issue since you can always reach the broader team if your main rep isn't available, they're usually knowledgeable and can handle things quickly over the phone.

The customer service team is really quick to respond but only when I email them with questions.

Cons

I found myself waiting forever when calling support even though that's not the case with calling them. Also everything seems to come with an additional cost which gets expensive quickly.
