“Good training but reps change too much

Pros

The training videos they've created for us are really impressive. I'm blown away by how skilled there team is and how they can explain things in so many different ways. All the account entries and cash deposits come through perfectly clean. Our accounting professional loves working with the year-end reports they provide, makes everything so much easier. Training sessions are straightforward and actually helpful. They don't bombard you with emails but when something does come through, it's worth paying attention to. We've discovered tons of useful suggestions and ideas that really benefit our staff.

Cons

The growth has been impressive to watch but it comes with some growing pains. While the new representatives are knowledgeable and effective, I'd really prefer having someone consistent to work with. This role seems to change hands quite often which can be frustrating when you're trying to build a working relationship.

“efficient app but timecards are annoying

App is really user-friendly and I love that I can access all my information whenever I have my phone with me.

Cons

Even though I'm on salary, I still need to fill out timecards which is a bit annoying. That said it's way better than ADP & I literally had to reset my password every single time I tried logging into ADP at my old jobs.

I can access the app easily from my phone, whether I'm using the employee or manager interface.

I would love an automatic payroll feature for salaried staff that runs without manual intervention.

The product is well-designed and the interface is user-friendly.

The sales team promised features they couldn't actually provide, particularly when it came to handling state registrations and tax calculations.

The customer service here is incredible and they really follow through on everything when you're setting up payroll. After having a terrible experience with our last provider, working with this team was such a relief from start to finish.

I have not run into any problems that weren't quickly fixed once I mentioned them to support.

Its smooth and gets the job done well, no unnecessary complexity, just solid functionality that works as expected.

Pros

I like having payroll and HR functions all in one place. What stands out most is how employees can manage and update their own personal information instead of managers having to handle everything for them.

Cons

The cost is definitely steeper than what we paid our old payroll provider. Their website had a much cleaner, more polished appearance compared to this one. That said, the time I save using this platform is huge for me, so I can live with paying a bit more.

reporting features are smooth and they make pulling data so much simpler. The implementation team was fantastic to work with and made the whole setup process smooth. The approval workflow for checks is efficient and saves me time on daily tasks.

Given our organization's size and complex setup, we really need someone with more experience and tenure managing our account.

The team I work with is fantastic and really excellent customer service. Our workflow has become much quicker and more organised. Staff members appreciate being able to review and approve their paychecks before funds get deposited.

Getting everyone's info set up initially was pretty time-consuming and tedious.

The employee self-serve portal works really well and it's simple to use and makes it simple for staff to access there information.

It's not as simple as you'd expect when employees need to update there profile information and the process can be pretty challenging for them.

Love how simple it is to clock in and out, plus managing schedules as a supervisor couldn't be easier. Time card processing takes just minutes instead of hours.

Cons

The learning curve is pretty steep if you're new to this system. Without prior experience you'll definitely need some time and assistance to get comfortable with everything. While there are tip sheets available, they dont really cover all the features you'll encounter.

It handles so many tasks we used to do manually for years. I love it

Can't think of anything I really dislike, it handles everything I need it to do.

Everything's bundled together in one comprehensive package, all the features I need are right there without having to juggle multiple tools.

Cons

The accrual system is confusing and hard to follow. Background checks don't provide enough detail and they're missing credit scores which is frustrating. The applicant platform feels pretty useless and doesn't add much value to the process.

Being able to add multiple punches at once is really convenient.

Cons

Login system is a nightmare and I'm constantly having to reset my password just to get in, which happens every single time I try to access the platform.

UI looks great and is really easy to use which has helped me become more involved in managing my own payroll stuff. Their customer support team is excellent too and they always get back to us quickly whenever we have questions.

Pros

I've been really impressed with how solid this platform is for handling HR and payroll needs. The implementation team went above and beyond to help us get everything set up properly and they've maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. Their service quality has been outstanding.

Cons

NO CONS. The implementation team has been incredibly helpful in explaining all the features we signed up for and they're always there when we need assistance with questions.
