It has been satisfying overall and the interface feels user-friendly and simple to navigate.

Cons

Even with the higher rate, it still feels understandable. They also offer solid transaction bonuses which helps make up for that.

From a payroll and finance standpoint, this tool has been a really good fit. It's especially geared toward HR professionals making day-to-day tasks easier and helping them manage employee scheduling and income-related processes much more efficiently.

It feels like an all-in-one platform for HR teams, with more accurate calculations, faster processing than other tools and strong advanced security features so no issues to report!

“Cooperative support team”

Pros

Keeping employee records, tracking hours, running payroll, handling virtual training, performance reviews, reports and benefits all in one place has been really helpful. Paycor feels flexible and secure and it costs less than a lot of similar platforms. The support team has also been consistently helpful whenever needed. It saves a lot of time especially with payroll processing and helps cut down on mistakes. On top of that, the layout looks nice and the wording throughout the system is clear and easy to follow.

Cons

I'm happy with all of the features right now and just looking forward to seeing what updates come next. The developers really did a solid job taking the time to build such a strong tool.

Handling daily tasks in it feels very simple. The part I appreciate most is payroll and adding a new employee is simple and quick as well.

Cons

It is on the expensive side and I do run into issues with the report filters at times which can leave me with a blank report.

What I appreciate most about it is how dynamic it feels when using it day to day. It really helps speed up billing tasks since you can handle payroll, work hours and attendance all in one place.

The part I like least is that it is not completely free. The price is fairly affordable but it is still not within everyone's reach.

We ran into problems with some money transfers and the customer support was disappointing since it took them weeks to provide a solution.

It does seem to be lacking a bit of functionality in some areas and I'd like to see stronger integration with other systems and tools like ADP.

It has been an excellent tool for handling HR processes especially payroll. It helps keep the company tax compliant by making sure statutory deductions are accurate, submitted on time and sent to the correct agencies. The customer service is also excellent and truly stands out.

Setting blackout days and holidays isn't very simple.

This tool does a good job of connecting people and creating job opportunities which makes it genuinely valuable.

it still requires double manual entry and that feels like an unnecessary drawback.

It's a good app overall though it still seems to be missing a few features especially when compared with Excel.

“Confusing reporting”

Running payroll is fairly simple. Manually adding new employees is organized in a logical way and the process is simple to follow step by step.

Cons

Where it really falls short is in reporting and user permissions. The reporting filters and the tags tied to those filters are very confusing and getting the information you actually need in a report usually requires several extra rounds of manipulating the data. Setting up different user permissions is also incredibly tedious. There are close to 200 separate permission settings you can customize. When you change a setting, the user has to log out and back in and many times their actual access still doesn't update even though the system shows internally that they should have it. Customer support has also been frustrating since the reps often just send user guides by email instead of walking you through the process or resolving it for you directly even though they're able to. It has taken months of back-and-forth just to get our access to Benefits Advisor even though that kind of change should only take a few minutes.

Using this software has really helped cut down a lot of routine tasks because it's very user-friendly to work with. The way it keeps resources and deadlines organized is especially valuable and the interface is also attractive and functional.

Cons

The only issue I ran into was during the installation process since it required setting up additional systems first.

It has been very easy to navigate. One feature we especially appreciated is the ability for users to edit their own home page. It allows each person to tailor the experience and put the tools most relevant to their role front and center.

When stacked up against competing platforms, the implementation process feels more complicated. The subscription pricing is also higher than several alternatives and a lot of key features are only available through higher-tier plans or paid add-ons.

At times, the quality of customer support can be inconsistent when using it.
