Paycor handles tasks that business owners often lack time for simplifying data input and allowing us to focus on other responsibilities. Once set up everything operates seamlessly and automatically.
Cons
Setting up and resolving issues with special cases such as child support and taxes was challenging. Dealing with help calls was unpleasant and caused significant problems.

Customer service is excellent. They assisted me with getting reports set up and enabled multi-state functionality for my out-of-state employee.
Cons
Initially the report function didnt work but they fixed it. I had to set up out-of-state payroll and unemployment accounts myself.

Administering and making changes such as job titles and benefits is super easy. Employees love the app and the seamless online recruiting and integration with HR/Payroll upon hiring are invaluable.
Cons
Paycor isnt able to calculate our shift differential so I have to do it manually.

I appreciate that Paycor has been improving to become a more comprehensive HRIS. Their responsiveness to customer concerns such as enhancing customer service features is commendable.
Cons
Accessing customer service wasnt always smooth. However once connected the service was great. Trainings could be improved; while they offer a lot finding them can be cumbersome. Some documentation found was outdated and unhelpful.
