“Paycor is worst for small businesses”

The software is decent and generally easy to navigate especially for quick payroll processing.

Cons

Customer service is nonexistent; they vanish once youre signed up offering only email or chat support. Billing issues remain unresolved with no supervisors available for escalation. Their lack of human service is appalling.

Managing employee data is no easy task but Paycor simplifies it. Its streamlined and accurate approach along with its user-friendliness makes it ideal for newcomers. I also value its adaptability and its ability to keep employees satisfied and motivated.

Paycor caters to both employers and employees in terms of benefits providing the best for both sides. I didnt encounter anything undesirable.

Customization options sometimes lead to confusion between using the product and receiving coaching/support for it. This confusion is particularly evident for long-term Paycor users when its been a while since the initial setup.
