Paycor is worst for small businesses

Pros

The software is decent and generally easy to navigate especially for quick payroll processing.

Cons

Customer service is nonexistent; they vanish once youre signed up offering only email or chat support. Billing issues remain unresolved with no supervisors available for escalation. Their lack of human service is appalling.

Good concept, needs work

Pros

The tutorials and knowledge base are valuable for getting started with the system. While the analytics are helpful the execution of the ATS could be improved.

Cons

Customizing certain features is cumbersome and its not always clear which settings apply to individuals versus the entire organization. Some features seem counterintuitive and unnecessarily complex.

Good tool. Paycor have magical tactics to manage and employees and keep work organized.

Pros

Managing employee data is no easy task but Paycor simplifies it. Its streamlined and accurate approach along with its user-friendliness makes it ideal for newcomers. I also value its adaptability and its ability to keep employees satisfied and motivated.

Pros

Employee onboarding has become more efficient with Paycor and as we become more familiar with the product it continues to enhance payroll efficiency across the company.

Cons

Inconsistent and inadequately trained customer support made onboarding a nightmare. Promises made during onboarding required additional modules resulting in increased costs.

Paycor was nice but more expensive than others

Pros

I particularly appreciate the ease of timesheet entry for employees and management alike. The online applicant portal has transformed our job application process and streamlined employee onboarding.

Cons

Rising costs and the availability of certain features from competitors led us to switch away from Paycor.

Run don't walk away!

Pros

While setup assistance was good it was challenging to receive support once I encountered difficulties.

Cons

The owner of the company expressed frustration with journal downloading and importing. Converting formats before uploading involves multiple steps and transactions for employees with multiple banks are displayed separately.

Paycor - It gets the job done within your budget!

Pros

I appreciate that Paycor offers a plethora of options as an overall HRIS system. The seamless communication between systems and the option to upgrade for additional functionality are great features.

Cons

With numerous options available determining the best way to utilize a particular product can be daunting. Customization options sometimes lead to confusion between using the product and receiving coaching/support for it. This confusion is particularly evident for long-term Paycor users when its been a while since the initial setup.
