“Smooth setup
Pros
The implementation process was so smooth and didn't take long to pick up. Everything feels natural when moving between different modules and I really like how employees can easily access there own information.
Cons
The transition from onboarding to the employee module isn't always smooth. Some features feel a bit clunky and require extra training for new HR team members to get comfortable with.

Pros
The user experience is really solid. My teams barely need any training when we introduce new features and the data analytics give us exactly what we need to run our business effectively.
Cons
Customization options for fields and their placement could be better. While the custom fields work fine and give us access to the important info we need, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of flexibility.

I really appreciate how knowledgeable the support team is. They're always eager to help and maintain such a positive attitude when resolving issues. Their patience and friendliness really stands out and they consistently go above and beyond what's expected.

Self-service portal really stands out and gives employees control over their information. Being able to check pay stubs, tax details and benefits whenever they need to creates transparency and definitely boosts satisfaction levels.
Cons
The customer support could be better. Wait times are pretty long and even though the responses are detailed, they take forever to get back to you, which really slows down fixing problems.

It centralizes all our HR functions. Being cloud-based makes it accessible anywhere and the real-time payroll and HR management capabilities have completely transformed our workflow.
Cons

I'm really impressed with how well this handles payroll calculations and reporting. The way it processes different deduction types and tax liabilities is spot-on and the reporting features give us exactly what we need. Direct deposit has been a game-changer too. No more dealing with stacks of paperwork and manual processes.
Cons
The reporting tools are pretty powerful but I'll admit they can be confusing. It usually takes me a while to figure out how to extract the specific data I'm looking for.

The sales team really knows how to pitch their product and make it sound amazing during the demo process.
Cons
My whole experience has been a nightmare from day one. They messed up our PTO hours during setup and we're still trying to fix it months later. Six months in and my employees still can't do basic things like requesting time off or uploading documents for there direct reports. Every solution they offer is some weird workaround with no real timeline for fixes. When we escalated to the highest level available, that person basically told us "sorry, we shouldn't have sold you that feature because it doesn't actually exist" while talking about ACA compliance and data importing. It's been frustrating dealing with all these issues.

Their support team has been absolutely brilliant. Their expertise and quick response times have really helped us tackle any problems that come up. They truly go the extra mile to keep our payroll and HR processes running without a hitch.
Cons
Reporting features could definitely use some work. While there are basic reports available, I'd really appreciate more customization options and different ways to visualize the data. Other than that, it's a solid software!

This platform packs a ton of useful features and gives you plenty of options to work with.
Cons
Their support is absolutely terrible. When I call, I'm stuck waiting forever just to get someone on the line and when they finally pick up, they don't know anything about the software. They put me on hold to "research" my question, which takes ages. The worst part is getting completely different answers from different reps about the same issue. I have an assigned Account Manager who barely contacts me and knows nothing about my account when they do. Emailing support is equally slow and useless. I've talked to managers multiple times, total waste of time with zero solutions offered. Everything costs extra too. Every single module or feature comes with an additional fee so you end up spending way more than you budgeted for. The sales team does a horrible job explaining what's actually included in each package so you're left guessing what you'll really need to pay for.

Data Insights has become my go-to resource every single day. It delivers exactly the information I need and the filtering and export options make everything so much more manageable.
Cons

Pros
I find this payroll platform so user-friendly for processing payments accurately and on schedule. Creating and adjusting batches takes just seconds which is a huge improvement from previous systems where there were annoying delays between reviewing, making changes and getting back to the preview stage.
Cons
Calculating overnight shifts is tricky since we pay by shift rather than day, which makes overtime and doubletime calculations messy. Manual calculations can be a real pain and take forever. Currently dealing with a reporting error that won't let me access paystubs from previous pay periods. They're calling it an "enhancement" they're working on but our auditors aren't buying that excuse.

“extremely flexible platform
Pros
Impressed with how flexible and scalable this platform is. We began using just a few basic features but as our company expanded, we could easily add more advanced functionality without paying for unnecessary extras. Despite all its capabilities, the interface remains user-friendly, which really cuts down on training time when bringing new team members onboard or migrating from another system. Their customer support has been consistently excellent too. I particularly appreciate the direct feedback feature that lets me communicate suggestions and they actually use this input to drive future improvements.
Cons
The lack of smooth data flow between modules really bothers me. We end up doing way too much manual work creating custom fields and inputting info across different parts of the system. Also, the journaling and performance areas need serious improvement so HR and payroll can get complete details from recruiting and onboarding.

I find it really modern and they're always rolling out updates. What I appreciate most is how customizable it is. You can actually adjust it to fit your specific business needs instead of being stuck with a generic setup.
Cons
Main issue I've encountered is when you need help from a service representative, it can take up to 24 hours just to reach your assigned rep and sometimes even longer to actually get the problem sorted out.

Cons

Cons
