Can check everything on the go

Pros

Love the mobile app. It makes handling HR tasks super convenient no matter where I am. Being able to quickly check my payslips and approve leave requests on the go has been a game changer for my workflow.

Cons

The initial setup was pretty tricky particularly when moving our data over from our previous system. You really have to be careful to make sure everything transfers correctly. A smoother onboarding experience would definitely help.

accessible staff

Pros

The staff here is accessible and knowledgeable. Whenever I reach out they actually have the answers I'm looking for which is refreshing after dealing with other payroll companies.

Cons

Initially finding the right report for my PPP forgiveness was a bit of a hunt through the reports menu. Since I switched payroll providers halfway through my PPP loan period, the standard report just didn't cut it for what I needed.

Third-party integrations need improvement

Pros

I really enjoy using this platform because it makes handling payroll and benefits so much simpler. The tax management features work incredibly well and I can always count on them. Being able to access everything from my phone is a huge plus especially when I need to check timesheets on the go.

Cons

Third-party integrations can be hit or miss. Sometimes they work perfectly, other times there's friction between different systems that makes data flow choppy.

great reporting feature

Pros

Nice reporting feature. I can generate whatever reports I need for payroll compliance and regulations without any problems.

Cons

Connecting to Sage 50 accounting has been a real headache. The integration just doesn't work smoothly and causes constant sync issues.

So easy to use. Since we're a staffing firm, we use this for both our internal team and external workers and it customizes itself depending on who's logged in.

Cons

Sometimes I struggle to locate specific documents on the site. They can be buried pretty deep.

Amazing platform for onboarding

Pros

Makes bringing new employees up to speed incredibly smooth.

Cons

The expense reimbursement features are pretty limited. It would be great if managers could submit expenses for there employees instead of having to make them do it themselves.

Detailed HR solution

Pros

The comprehensive payroll and HR capabilities really set this apart for me. Having everything integrated in one platform from payroll processing to time tracking and benefits has made our operations so much smoother and more efficient.

Cons

The sheer number of features can feel overwhelming when you're just starting out. It definitely takes time and patience to get comfortable with everything and really tap into what this tool can do.

I can quickly extract exactly the data I need with all the right parameters set up perfectly.

Dedicated service manager helped us with everything

Pros

I'm in my first role handling payroll and benefits so I had to learn fast. The support team at this company has been incredible. Our dedicated client service manager and all the phone and email support staff really carried me and my team through this past year. The knowledge and availability of customer service here is outstanding, honestly better than anything I've experienced before. Other companies should take notes on how they do things!

Would be great if there was a test environment for clients to try out.

they listen to feedback

Pros

Never been let down by their team whenever I've needed assistance. What really stands out is how they actually listen to user feedback through their Enhancement Request Tool. I've seen suggestions I've made actually get implemented, which shows they're committed to improving based on real user needs.

Cons

Makes things tricky for clients in OH and PA since the local tax assignment automation has some gaps, though I get why those limitations exist.

Payroll function is my favorite

Pros

The payroll functionality really stands out to me. It organizes everything and cuts down the time I spend on processing significantly. Managing employee data is another strong point since I can keep all information centralized in one place, which makes my job much easier.

Cons

I wish there were more customization options available as the current ones feel somewhat limited for my needs.

too many reps come and go

Pros

I appreciate how this platform brings together everything HR-related. The payroll, HRIS, learning management, performance tracking, surveying and benefit management features are all practical and easy to set up. The reporting capabilities are pretty detailed and user-friendly too.

Cons

Customer service has been a real letdown for me. As an HR Director who's worked with this platform across multiple companies, I can say response times are generally slow and I've been shuffled between 3-4 different reps each year on average. There was one great 6-month stretch with an awesome account rep but otherwise the continuity is pretty poor. Thankfully the product itself works well so I don't need help often but when I do, I literally have to dig through emails to figure out who my current rep even is.

great user experience

Pros

Setting it up was not an issue. Whether I'm dealing with non-profit or for-profit clients, it's flexible enough to adapt to their unique internal structures while keeping the user experience smooth. Plus the support team for payroll and timekeeping are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Finding support info online can be confusing initially. Took me a while to figure out where everything was located. Once you get familiar with the layout though, its pretty simple to find what you're looking for.
