“Amazing text message feature
Pros
Can access everything 24/7 from both my phone and computer, which is really convenient. The text messaging feature for recruiting is brilliant as candidates can message HR directly without getting our personal phone numbers and we can respond easily through the platform.
Cons
The LMS doesn't let you customize certificates which is frustrating. Would be great if we could update more employer sections through the mobile app. Really need a text feature in the HR/Payroll area so employees can communicate directly with HR. Also, the service center needs to do better follow-up when they get assigned client inquiries.

“Didn�t get assigned a go-to contact as promised

I love all the new features we didn't have before. They've really simplified our HR and payroll processes, making everything much quicker and more efficient.
Cons
We were promised a dedicated representative during implementation who would be our go-to contact for support and guidance. However, we've never actually met or even spoken with this person over the phone. The whole experience has been impersonal, which is disappointing since having that personal connection was one of the main selling points that convinced us to choose this platform.

Pros
We process weekly payroll without any issues whatsoever. Customer service is outstanding and always accessible when needed. Their community module is fantastic for internal communications and actually makes work enjoyable! The performance module lets us handle evaluations online and keeps everything easily accessible for managers. Finally, we can see overdue reviews and hold managers accountable for completing them. The survey module makes conducting exit interviews, stay interviews, pulse surveys and peer reviews simple. With so many things to track in business, this tool gives us one centralized platform with multiple features that really enhance our workplace culture.
Cons
Setting up the modules feels pretty overwhelming at first. There's a ton of configuration work needed to get everything working with your specific policies and business requirements. Even after using it for a while, I still run into situations where something doesn't work like I expected. There's just so much to learn with all the different module settings and reporting options. I'm definitely still figuring out how to configure things properly, though I know it'll get easier over time. Thankfully their support team is really easy to reach and always helpful when I get stuck on something the knowledge base can't solve.

I find it very user-friendly. Having multiple modules in one place means I don't have to juggle different systems anymore, which saves me tons of time.
Cons
Sometimes I run into unexplainable glitches that come with any tech platform. When I contact support for help with certain issues, they often can't figure out what's causing the problem either. I've had several situations reviewed with no real solution provided, which can be frustrating when you need things working smoothly.

“Chose them because of the ACA tool
Pros
Found it really convenient compared to handling payroll in-house. Managing our 5 EINs and 800+ employees has become much smoother with this system. What I appreciate most is that they handle all the quarterly tax reporting and W-2s for us. The ACA tool is fantastic and actually the main reason we chose them initially, since staying compliant with ACA requirements was becoming a real headache.
Cons
I wish we could have one dedicated account rep assigned to our dealership. We're told that's how it works but there seems to be quite a bit of turnover. That said, the service quality remains solid even when we're working with different people each time.

I appreciate how this tool lets us automate payroll and HR tasks while helping us move toward our sustainability goals. The paperless approach really cuts down on waste and our team gets instant access to all the forms and info they need.
Cons
While they're primarily focused on payroll and HR, they don't really have specialized tools designed specifically for trucking companies. That said, they are expanding their micro-kits and packages and their support team is pretty responsive when we run into issues that need solving.

I like how it is an integrated HRIS, making our HR workflows so much smoother and cutting down on most of the tedious admin work we used to deal with.
Cons

I really appreciate the Community tab feature, plus being able to customize the home page with quick access links makes it so much easier. The payroll and onboarding tools are very simple.
Cons
I wish the notifications worked better with the Paylocity payroll integration for our contractor portal. It can be a bit temperamental and feels like its still being worked on.

Pros
Love how everything stays organized in one spot including employee files, performance evaluations and training documentation all together. The deadline reminders are a lifesaver since supervisors don't need to manually track everything on their calendars anymore. Having reports built right into the system is convenient and whenever I need help, the customer service team responds quickly whether I call or email them.
Cons
Finding stuff in the Knowledge Base can be a real pain sometimes. What really bugs me is that I can't switch between admin and employee views in the self-service portal. I have to track down an employee and get them to show me what they're actually seeing on their end, which is pretty inconvenient.

Cons

Integration capabilities are impressive and I appreciate the wide variety of features available. Moving between different products feels easy which makes my workflow much smoother. The system itself is friendly and whenever I need help, the customer service team is both knowledgeable and patient with my questions.
Cons
The implementation process lacks guidance and when you need system changes, don't expect much hand-holding. Sure, there's tons of articles and videos available but they basically want you to figure everything out yourself rather than providing real support.

Really nice how it simplifies ACA compliance and payroll tax management. The interface is clean and doesn't require much effort to get used to. There's a solid range of features that cover what we need and our employees find it simple.
Cons
Haven't come across any major issues while using this platform. If I had to nitpick, I'd say getting automatically logged out of the time and labor section happens too quickly when you're not actively clicking around.
