“better insights into employee satisfaction
Pros
Appreciate how this tool helps our team connect better while giving us valuable insights into employee satisfaction through surveys. Managing timekeeping and payroll has become so easy and year-end W2 processing is so much simpler now.
Cons
Payroll processing guide for admins is pretty lengthy. It's frustrating that departments can't see their team's time off calendar and only supervisors have access. Plus you can't add any custom entries to the calendar so we're stuck maintaining a separate one in Outlook which defeats the purpose.

“All modules work well together
Pros
I love having everything HR-related consolidated in one spot. The workflow between different functions feels really smooth and natural.
Cons
Customer service is inconsistent. While some areas are solid, others fall short of what was promised during sales. The time and labor implementation team barely responds on time and I constantly have to escalate just to get basic answers. My account manager seems inexperienced and struggles to grasp what I'm actually asking, plus her response times are painfully slow.

Pros
It makes employee engagement feel more personal and interactive. The Community Tab is definitely my favorite feature. Being able to share announcements, give feedback and set up specialized groups has made communication so much more dynamic and enjoyable.
Cons
Keeps logging me out constantly which gets really annoying when I'm trying to get work done

“Easy to figure out
Pros
The interface is well-organized and clean. Everything follows such a logical structure that even when I'm unsure about something, I can usually figure it out on my own about half the time.
Cons
The system doesn't always make it clear when you need to update info in multiple places. Like with Time&Labor and HR&Payroll, you'd think updating one would handle the other but it doesn't.

Pros
I find it to be user-friendly. The onboarding process is thorough and there's plenty of training available to get you up and running quickly.
Cons
Takes quite a bit of initial setup work to get everything configured properly, though I understand it's needed to make sure everything runs smoothly later on.

The onboarding process is really smooth and makes getting new team members up to speed much easier. I appreciate how the survey functionality lets us gather feedback effectively. The benefits platform integration is also a nice touch that organizes everything in one place.
Cons
Reporting features could use some work and I've had mixed experiences with customer service. They're also not very proactive about keeping up with new laws and regulations, which can be frustrating.

“regret choosing it

Phone support responds quickly whenever I need help and the agents there really know their stuff, way better than the chat team who just send you links to articles.

I really regret choosing this as our HRIS solution. Trying to manage a modern compensation system through it is impossible. You literally can't maintain variable compensation at the employee level, which is mind-blowing. The system only lets you set variable targets by job position applying the same amount to everyone in that role with no way to customize for individuals. The compensation planning module is extremely limiting too. You can either have admins upload all changes or open it up to every manager, nothing in between. Since only some of our managers handle compensation planning, we're stuck using spreadsheets instead of the actual module. The interface looks really outdated and our employees complain about it constantly. Coming from Gusto, this was a huge step backwards for our users. What the sales team promised during demos wasn't actually possible once we went live. During implementation, they accidentally loaded another company's employee data into our account. Our HR team could see everything before we caught their mistake.

“simple to update employee information
Pros
I mainly work with the HR features daily and finding employee details is pretty simple. Honestly I preferred the previous version since it felt more user-friendly but that's just my take. What I really appreciate is how simple it is to update employee information.
Cons
The reporting could use some work. I'd love to see more options for custom reports. They've made alot of great improvements recently but there's still room for a bit more flexibility in this area.

The pricing structure is awesome since it bundles multiple modules like Payroll, HR records, Benefits and Expenses all together. There's incredible functionality packed into this platform and the automation features really simplify our processes.
Cons
Benefits implementation team hasn't been much help at all. There's so much more I'd like to accomplish with this platform that just isn't available yet, things like fillable forms, I-9 requirements and workflow automations that would really make a difference.

Pros
I appreciate that the support reps really know their stuff and can handle my toughest payroll questions. When two of my employees relocated to different states, they walked me through the tax requirements and made sure everything was deducted properly.
Cons
Sometimes finding the reports I need can be tricky.

Pros
Setting up pay batches is so convenient and I can quickly process one-off checks without any issues. The action forms for things like terminations and pay adjustments are also really user-friendly.
Cons
Support through email takes forever to get back to you and you're pretty much stuck with whatever reports they give you since customization options are really limited.
