Cons
Can't do much editing when I'm using the mobile version. Pretty restrictive compared to the desktop experience.

Pros
Customer service team is incredibly knowledgeable and I rarely find myself waiting on hold for extended periods. What really impresses me is how they stay current with compliance requirements like FFCRA and other regulations, they're always ahead of the curve.
Cons
Would be great if we could just drag and drop emails and documents straight into the employee files. We're using Paylocity now for personnel records and that functionality would make things so much smoother.

Pros
Their team always responds quickly and gets everything right plus they're incredibly patient when teaching us new things. There's never any pressure to hurry and they really focus on what our Church specifically needs. Honestly, they make me look way more knowledgeable about payroll than I actually am.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind. This system runs like a well-oiled machine and I honestly can't find anything to complain about.

Pros
Customer service team has been so helpful and quick to respond whenever I need assistance. What I really appreciate is being able to run reports on basically any field in the system and create custom reports that fit my specific needs. The ability to upload employee documents is incredible, not just for onboarding but for ongoing things like bank account info and other paperwork employees submit.
Cons
Response times can be frustratingly slow when dealing with complex problems. Once multiple teams get involved, things really start to drag and you're left waiting much longer than you'd expect for answers.

I really appreciate the data insights and community features as an employer. My employees love being able to easily manage and track there time off requests.
Cons
The only thing I didn't like has actually been fixed now. We use both PTO and Comp Time for our staff and originally employees couldn't view there Comp Time balance through the system. Thankfully, that feature is available now so it's no longer an issue.

“game-changing for us
Pros
Having everything in one program has been a game-changer for our team. It makes business operations smooth and ensures employees get the info they need quickly. Going completely electronic has drastically reduced errors since there's no more paper trail to mess up. What I really appreciate is how we can gradually master one module, then explore and implement new ones. This keeps us competitive and improves our efficiency. Honestly, I can't imagine how we would've survived 2020 without this system.
Cons
The survey reports aren't very customizable, which is frustrating when I need specific formats. It would be great if surveys could be added to the report writer to fix this issue. The workflows feel limited too. We use them but know they could be much more powerful. I'm hoping future updates will improve the survey, reporting, and workflow features since there's clearly potential for more functionality.

Having everything in one place has been great. No more changing platforms or entering the same basic information over and over again.
Cons
We're still working on adjusting things after the initial setup. Not perfect right now but once we get everything configured how we need it, this should work really well.

The payroll runs smoothly and doesn't take much time at all. Whenever I need help, I can actually reach someone on the phone who knows what they're talking about. My reports generate super fast once I submit everything for processing.
Cons
I wish I could reach their tax department directly. When issues came up with our tax setup, I always had to go through my service rep instead of talking to someone on the tax team myself. This made me feel pretty disconnected from the process. I'd get updates saying the tax team was "working on it" but there wasn't any real transparency about whether things were actually being addressed or finished.

I've been using this HR platform for a while now and it's honestly the best one I've encountered. The interface is friendly both for HR staff and regular employees. What really impresses me is how well it adapts to the constantly shifting HR landscape and keeps pace with rapid technological changes.
Cons
The switch from our previous HRIS was pretty rough, especially getting through that first payroll cycle. I really wish setting up and configuring all our data had been more seamless. Things definitely improved once we got past the initial payroll and ironed out the issues though.

Appreciate how convenient it is. The accessibility is impressive and finding what I need happens quickly. The community aspect really stands out, plus the time and labor section is user-friendly.
Cons
Getting help when I need it has been annoying. Responses are slow and sometimes unhelpful. They recently changed how the search function works in reports and honestly it was much better before. Previously, my search terms would stay there when I navigated back to the report page but now I have to re-enter everything each time. The benefits team has been particularly disappointing with poor communication and our issues just don't seem to get resolved.

I can pull together the exact data insights that executives are always asking for. Within minutes, I'm able to generate reports that make me look like a total pro in front of leadership.
Cons
The self-serve portal lets us post policies for both company sets to see but only one of them can actually access them. This means we end up having to put everything on a shared drive too, which creates extra work and duplication.

Love how their development team actually listens to customer feedback and makes changes to the product. Most other HRIS platforms are pretty rigid and stick with what they have but this company is different in that regard.
Cons
I wish they'd share a roadmap of upcoming enhancements with customers. It would be helpful to know if my enhancement request is a duplicate of something already submitted. Since ADP gives discounts to BETA clients and we submit lots of enhancement ideas, we'd love to join their beta program.

“easy to clock in and out
Pros
Time tracking and payroll features make it really simple for our team to clock in and out and the data transfers smoothly when we're processing payroll.
Cons
The recruiting module has some frustrating limitations. When someone applies for the same position through different postings, the system doesn't recognize they're the same candidate and treats them as completely new. I end up having to manually check names and resumes to figure out if it's a duplicate. Another annoying thing is that you can only attach one file at a time in the community section, which is pretty restrictive.

Pros
It is quite user-friendly. Finding that orange button on every screen makes it simple and the new reporting features are brilliant.
Cons
I'm frustrated that it doesn't play well with some of our other software systems. Working in HR and payroll, we really need our tools to integrate well and this limitation makes our workflow more complicated than it should be.

Such a simple tool and organizes my daily tasks much better than other systems I've worked with.
Cons
The main drawback for me is that it doesn't cover all our needs in one place. We have to use separate vendors for recruiting and hiring tools since the built-in options don't meet our industry's specific requirements.
