Pros
Convenient for both admins and regular users. The way it connects between different systems is wonderful and those external feeds save me tons of time throughout the day.
Cons
Sometimes I get confused moving between screens that look really similar and it's tough to figure out exactly where I need to make changes or updates.

Pros
The variety of integrated products really stands out. Everything feels designed with clients in mind and the user interface is logical. What I appreciate most is how much thought went into making the employee experience smooth and enjoyable.
Cons
I find it frustrating that you can't move forward in the mid-year employee review form without entering a rating first.

“Excited about the upcoming improvements
Pros
I'm really impressed with the recruiting platform. It's definitely the standout feature for me. This tool has so much potential and after seeing all the upcoming improvements they showcased at the Elevate conference, I'm genuinely excited about where our HR department is headed.
Cons
Getting in touch with a tax specialist can be really challenging. I understand this is handled by a third party which makes it somewhat more understandable but we still need reliable access to support when we need assistance.

“useful payroll training sessions
Pros
I really enjoyed the payroll meetup and admin training sessions since payroll is my main responsibility. Getting to see how other people handle things and what tools they use gave me some great ideas that I've been able to apply in my own work.
Cons
Found some courses weren't relevant to what I actually do at work and my company doesn't even use those features. A few sessions turned into complaint sessions where I didn't pick up anything useful.

Not difficult to handle. I never struggle finding what I need during my daily tasks. Information is easy to access and the interface design works well for me.
Cons
The platform feels a bit disjointed in places like some features were just tacked on later. Setting up the year-end review process is more complicated than it should be and the reporting section definately needs improvement.

“eliminated paperwork during hiring process
Pros
Onboarding completely eliminated those painful full-day paperwork sessions with new hires! No more time wasted on forms and people can jump right into actual work from their first day.
Cons
The main issue I've encountered is with customer support. My dedicated representative has switched four times since February and we never get any heads up about these changes.

“Interface Feels Dated
Pros
I'd say this system has all the HRIS components you'd expect to find. The functionality appears comprehensive though the layout could be more intuitive for everyday use.
Cons
It's interface looks pretty dated and feels archaic when you're moving around. Sometimes it's tough to find what your looking for without someone walking you through it. If I was in charge there, I'd be putting serious money into improving the user experience.

The interface is really user-friendly and visually appealing. I appreciate having everything in one place including onboarding, time tracking, payroll, expenses.
Cons
The customer support leaves a lot to be desired. Response times drag on forever, and when you escalate issues, they seem to just disappear into thin air. We've sent countless follow-up emails and it feels like we're constantly being passed around. Our account manager has switched so many times I've lost count.

Pros
I've found this platform user-friendly and smooth. We rely on it for everything from bringing new hires aboard to recruiting talent, conducting performance reviews and handling payroll processing. Honestly, this ranks among the best payroll systems I've worked with. The onboarding features are particularly strong and it does an excellent job keeping everything organized and secure.
Cons
I wish our rep would be more hands-on and engaged with us but honestly thats about the only complaint I have.

Appreciate how this software consolidated everything we needed for payroll into a single system. While other providers wanted to fragment our operations across multiple sites, this solution kept everything unified. The customization options were particularly helpful in accommodating our specific requirements.
Cons
Implementation dragged on longer than expected and getting some of the more complex features working required quite a bit of back-and-forth. The team eventually sorted everything out though and now it's running like we hoped it would.

I like how smooth the onboarding process was. Got me up and running without any headaches. The benefits integration works well with our existing systems, which saved us time. Plus, the reporting capabilities are solid and give me all the data I need to make informed decisions.
Cons
The benefit open enrollment process gets pretty complicated and I wish there were better tools to help educate employees about their options. Also, when there's turnover in account support, the communication really suffers and it becomes frustrating to get consistent help.

I love how user-friendly it is. Covers all the essential HR functions I need. What I love most is the flexibility to only pay for features we actually want and upgrading as we grow has been simple. We started with basic features but as I got a better feel for what we'd use, adding more modules was easy. One thing that really stands out is how they actually listen to client feedback. There's a feedback button right on screen where you can suggest improvements or new features. They use these suggestions to build their development roadmap and I genuinely enjoy contributing and seeing what's coming next. My absolute favorite part? I've completely eliminated paper from HR, no more filing! Managers can drag and drop documents directly to employee records from anywhere so nothing gets emailed to me, printed and stuffed into folders anymore. The reduction in paper cuts alone makes it worthwhile!
Cons
I can't really think of any major downsides since it's been working great for us over the past year and a half. There are some spots where I'd love more text formatting options, especially when I'm putting together employee review forms in the Performance module. My account manager is really responsive but when issues need to go to other departments, things can drag a bit and sometimes I get answers that don't quite address what I asked. That said, I can always circle back with my account manager and get things sorted out.

“Easy interface but disconnected modules need work
Pros
I find the interface easy to move through when I need to locate specific information. The onboarding module has been a game-changer for us as it's organized all our new hire paperwork and cut down significantly on the time we spend getting new employees set up. The recruiting features work well too, helping us manage applicants from initial submission through the interview process.
Cons
The modules don't really talk to each other, which drives me crazy since I have to recreate custom fields or re-enter data across different sections. Performance tracking and journals feel pretty bare-bones and need work. When someone moves from recruiting to HR & payroll, their info doesn't carry over completely. Creating custom reports with the report writer is way more complicated than it should be, though the standard ones are manageable. Time off functionality is also pretty basic.

“covers all our needs
Pros
Has everything that one could think of. It covers all our HR and payroll needs and then some. The customization options are so good. Being able to set up different batch types for various scenarios and import data smoothly into pay batches saves me so much time. The training resources are another standout feature with both recorded sessions and live classes available for nearly every module.
Cons
Set up process was pretty rough. Our manager didn't seem to know the system well and after going through training myself, I honestly felt more knowledgeable than he was. We had to escalate to our sales rep to get better support so definitely speak up if you're not getting the help you need! What really bugs me though is not being able to modify security roles on my own. Every time I want to customize user permissions, I have to submit a support ticket instead of just doing it myself.
