It has everything I need in one place, making it so much easier to keep employees engaged and connected.
Cons
The portals don't communicate or sync properly, especially with PTO. There's no way to set up a test user for onboarding new people.

Pros
Payroll features are efficient, along with the reporting tools and expense tracking. Feels easy to use and I can find what I need without getting lost in menus.
Cons
Finding solutions can be frustrating since everything revolves around PEAK articles and they don't always cover what you need help with.

“Recruiting portal is the best

Recruiting portal is great. It's my favorite feature. The automatic posting flow to other job sites works beautifully and saves me tons of time.
Cons

I like how user-friendly the tools are and how everything I need for HR is consolidated in one place, which saves me from jumping between different platforms.
Cons
The support team could really use some specialists. Right now it feels like your dealing with generalists who cant always dive deep into specific issues I'm having.

The interface is actually decent compared to other payroll solutions I've used and there are lots of features available. We've had this for a few years now and overall the UI design is solid.
Cons
Customer service has been a total disaster for me. I've reached out multiple times about FSA issues and always left my contact info for a callback but I never heard back from anyone. I'm definitely going to suggest that our HR department switches to a different provider.

“Short time-out period
Pros
Customer support remains helpful, though reaching a representative takes longer than before. Some reps are more knowledgeable than others. Contacting the Client Rep Lead can take up to 2 days sometimes and I often dont get email responses so I'm constantly following up.
Cons
The timeout period is way too short. I'm constantly having to log back in throughout the day which gets really annoying. Each function has its own separate module so switching between HR tasks and timesheet tracking really slows things down. You can't open multiple instances at once either, which would make it so much easier to work with different modules side by side. We've been struggling with our G/L report since day one and even with a consultant helping us, it's still not working properly. For those of us on the West Coast, the 4:30 cutoff time for payroll is just too early. Our workday doesn't end until 6 PM PST so we're always feeling rushed trying to get everything submitted within the 2-day window.

Honestly, there wasn't anything that stood out as particularly beneficial for our needs. We ended up canceling because it just didn't seem like the right fit for what we were trying to accomplish.
Cons
Setting it up was pretty confusing. When I talked to other people in payroll, they said this isn't how things are usually handled in our industry.

Pros
The capabilities here are truly impressive. You can do almost anything HR-related that comes to mind. Just the reporting and analytics features make this a solid investment.
Cons
The rollout could have been better organized. We faced some delays that pushed us past our deadlines, which was frustrating when we had commitments to meet.

Some team members were helpful with implementation and the interface definitely looks more current compared to other platforms I've used.
Cons
The implementation process was absolutely terrible and completely overshadowed any benefits the system might have had. Even though everything is supposed to be connected inluding HR, Benefits, payroll, COBRA, FSA/HSA, Performance, it isn't. The reporting functionality we were excited about became irrelevant because of how poorly everything was set up. Nobody on my team is satisfied with the results and we all regret choosing this platform. If we had known how bad the implementation and customer service would be, we definitely would have gone with something else.

“lets me handle multiple payrolls

Managing payroll has been convenient especially when I need to import timecards directly into the dashboard. I handle 10 separate payrolls with different client IDs every pay period and despite how hectic things can get, I'm able to knock out all 10 in a single day when deadlines are tight.
Cons
Tax department drives me crazy every year when new tax rates need updating. I send them the tax rate forms but they consistently enter them wrong. Why can't I just input my own tax rates to ensure they're accurate? It doesn't make sense how someone can make so many mistakes with something this important. They should be triple-checking their work! Monthly invoices are another headache with constant errors year after year. Even though I have everything set to paperless, they still charge us for year-end payroll reports that were never mailed. We added FSA, HSA and Cobra services 8 months ago and the billing for these services has been wrong on every single monthly invoice since then.

Pros
I've used nearly every payroll platform out there and this one really stands out for being most user-friendly. The customer service reps actually know what they're talking about and whenever I need help with banking, taxes or HR stuff, the team is super responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
The only downside is the pricing. It could be around 15% lower to be more competitive in the market.

Sales team really knew how to sell me on this and they were pretty convincing during the whole process.
Cons
The implementation process was absolutely brutal, easily the worst I've experienced. My consultant for emerging markets payroll was unhelpful and had this condescending, dismissive attitude that made everything worse. Her emails were terribly formatted with no greetings, just copy-pasted content and zero real guidance or personal touch to help me through anything.
