Pros
What I appreciate most is how they treat customers as true partners in development. The company genuinely listens to what we need and actually invites us to in-person workshops where product owners and designers want to hear our feedback directly. It's refreshing to work with a company that values client input this much.
Cons
Service transition after implementation could be smoother and there's definitely room for improvement in how the support teams handle that handoff process.

I'm really disappointed with how they handle implementation. It reminds me of those frustrating self-checkout machines at Walmart. The consultant either asks for everything in an Excel file so they can do a quick two-minute import or they just explain how to build everything and expect you to figure it out yourself. We're not even finished with setup yet and I'm already frustrated with this whole process.

Pros
What I love most is having a module for literally every need I can think of. Setting up automated services couldn't be easier. There are tons of resources right at my fingertips whenever I need them. The mobile app is super user-friendly, no matter what your tech skill level is.
Cons
The customer service experience can be hit or miss. While most reps are helpful, I've encountered a few who weren't particularly friendly and it happens often enough to be noticeable. What really frustrates me is how rigid the change request process is. Getting updates or modifications approved feels nearly impossible unless multiple organizations are asking for the same thing. Even simple requests like removing field restrictions get denied, which seems unnecessarily inflexible.

It is user-friendly across all modules including HR, payroll, time tracking and benefits management.
Cons
The reporting functionality could definitely use some work. I'd really suggest the development team check out what UKG is doing with their reporting. They could learn a thing or two from that setup.

It's simple to use and I can find what I need quickly. And getting started was smooth.
Cons
The customer service is really frustrating. We're constantly dealing with new reps who give us different answers every time. Most responses are just generic "the developers are looking into it" or "that department doesn't talk to clients directly," which creates endless back-and-forth. Honestly, the service reps don't seem very knowledgeable and I often feel like I know more about the system than they do. The Benefits module desperately needs an update to send notifications when someone enrolls. The whole notification system is way too limited. We need custom notifications for different stages like onboarding but that's just not possible right now. What's really annoying is that Service and Benefits departments don't communicate with each other even though they absolutely need to work together.

Pros
Very easy to use for admins. The employee app makes tracking time, payroll deposits and taxes convenient for staff members.
Cons
Processing payroll from mobile isn't available which would be incredibly helpful. Some workflows feel unnecessarily complicated with extra steps that could be streamlined. Certain parts of the system could definetly use simplification to make things more efficient.

“Amazing text message feature”
Pros
Can access everything 24/7 from both my phone and computer, which is really convenient. The text messaging feature for recruiting is brilliant as candidates can message HR directly without getting our personal phone numbers and we can respond easily through the platform.
Cons
The LMS doesn't let you customize certificates which is frustrating. Would be great if we could update more employer sections through the mobile app. Really need a text feature in the HR/Payroll area so employees can communicate directly with HR. Also, the service center needs to do better follow-up when they get assigned client inquiries.

I love all the new features we didn't have before. They've really simplified our HR and payroll processes, making everything much quicker and more efficient.
Cons
We were promised a dedicated representative during implementation who would be our go-to contact for support and guidance. However, we've never actually met or even spoken with this person over the phone. The whole experience has been impersonal, which is disappointing since having that personal connection was one of the main selling points that convinced us to choose this platform.

We process weekly payroll without any issues whatsoever. Customer service is outstanding and always accessible when needed. Their community module is fantastic for internal communications and actually makes work enjoyable! The performance module lets us handle evaluations online and keeps everything easily accessible for managers. Finally, we can see overdue reviews and hold managers accountable for completing them. The survey module makes conducting exit interviews, stay interviews, pulse surveys and peer reviews simple. With so many things to track in business, this tool gives us one centralized platform with multiple features that really enhance our workplace culture.
Cons
Setting up the modules feels pretty overwhelming at first. There's a ton of configuration work needed to get everything working with your specific policies and business requirements. Even after using it for a while, I still run into situations where something doesn't work like I expected. There's just so much to learn with all the different module settings and reporting options. I'm definitely still figuring out how to configure things properly, though I know it'll get easier over time. Thankfully their support team is really easy to reach and always helpful when I get stuck on something the knowledge base can't solve.

I find it very user-friendly. Having multiple modules in one place means I don't have to juggle different systems anymore, which saves me tons of time.
Cons
Sometimes I run into unexplainable glitches that come with any tech platform. When I contact support for help with certain issues, they often can't figure out what's causing the problem either. Found it really convenient compared to handling payroll in-house. Managing our 5 EINs and 800+ employees has become much smoother with this system. What I appreciate most is that they handle all the quarterly tax reporting and W-2s for us. The ACA tool is fantastic and actually the main reason we chose them initially, since staying compliant with ACA requirements was becoming a real headache.
Cons
I wish we could have one dedicated account rep assigned to our dealership. We're told that's how it works but there seems to be quite a bit of turnover. That said, the service quality remains solid even when we're working with different people each time.

Cons
While they're primarily focused on payroll and HR, they don't really have specialized tools designed specifically for trucking companies. That said, they are expanding their micro-kits and packages and their support team is pretty responsive when we run into issues that need solving.
