Easy transfer link from payroll to 401k

Pros

Payroll to 401K transfer connection works smoothly and saves me time each pay period.

Cons

I like the Community tab feature

Pros

I really appreciate the Community tab feature, plus being able to customize the home page with quick access links makes it so much easier. The payroll and onboarding tools are very simple.

Cons

I wish the notifications worked better with the Paylocity payroll integration for our contractor portal. It can be a bit temperamental and feels like its still being worked on.

useful deadline reminders

Pros

Love how everything stays organized in one spot including employee files, performance evaluations and training documentation all together. The deadline reminders are a lifesaver since supervisors don't need to manually track everything on their calendars anymore. Having reports built right into the system is convenient and whenever I need help, the customer service team responds quickly whether I call or email them.

Cons

Finding stuff in the Knowledge Base can be a real pain sometimes. What really bugs me is that I can't switch between admin and employee views in the self-service portal. I have to track down an employee and get them to show me what they're actually seeing on their end, which is pretty inconvenient.

Organizes employee data

Pros

It handles payroll management so well and keeps all our employee information organized in one place.

Cons

Getting everything configured initially was pretty stressful. Our implementation specialist made the whole payroll setup process way harder than it needed to be, though I'll admit the end result made all that effort worthwhile.

impressive integration capabilities

Pros

Integration capabilities are impressive and I appreciate the wide variety of features available. Moving between different products feels easy which makes my workflow much smoother. The system itself is friendly and whenever I need help, the customer service team is both knowledgeable and patient with my questions.

Cons

The implementation process lacks guidance and when you need system changes, don't expect much hand-holding. Sure, there's tons of articles and videos available but they basically want you to figure everything out yourself rather than providing real support.

Powerful knowledge base PEAK

Pros

I like the customized templates and event packets that boost my productivity. The PEAK knowledge base is incredibly thorough and whenever I need to find something, the search function makes it super easy to locate exactly what I'm looking for.

Cons

The basics are simple to pick up but unlocking its full potential requires some experimentation. You may need to devise clever workarounds to achieve specific customizations.

helps with ACA and tax management

Pros

Really nice how it simplifies ACA compliance and payroll tax management. The interface is clean and doesn't require much effort to get used to. There's a solid range of features that cover what we need and our employees find it simple.

Cons

Haven't come across any major issues while using this platform. If I had to nitpick, I'd say getting automatically logged out of the time and labor section happens too quickly when you're not actively clicking around.

Pros

Appreciate how this tool helps our team connect better while giving us valuable insights into employee satisfaction through surveys. Managing timekeeping and payroll has become so easy and year-end W2 processing is so much simpler now.

Cons

Payroll processing guide for admins is pretty lengthy. It's frustrating that departments can't see their team's time off calendar and only supervisors have access. Plus you can't add any custom entries to the calendar so we're stuck maintaining a separate one in Outlook which defeats the purpose.

Pros

I love having everything HR-related consolidated in one spot. The workflow between different functions feels really smooth and natural.

Cons

Customer service is inconsistent. While some areas are solid, others fall short of what was promised during sales. The time and labor implementation team barely responds on time and I constantly have to escalate just to get basic answers. My account manager seems inexperienced and struggles to grasp what I'm actually asking, plus her response times are painfully slow.

fun experience

Pros

It makes employee engagement feel more personal and interactive. The Community Tab is definitely my favorite feature. Being able to share announcements, give feedback and set up specialized groups has made communication so much more dynamic and enjoyable.

Cons

Keeps logging me out constantly which gets really annoying when I'm trying to get work done

Easy to figure out

Pros

The interface is well-organized and clean. Everything follows such a logical structure that even when I'm unsure about something, I can usually figure it out on my own about half the time.

Cons

The system doesn't always make it clear when you need to update info in multiple places. Like with Time&Labor and HR&Payroll, you'd think updating one would handle the other but it doesn't.

Pros

I find it to be user-friendly. The onboarding process is thorough and there's plenty of training available to get you up and running quickly.
