“Great survey feature”
Pros
The onboarding process is really smooth and makes getting new team members up to speed much easier. I appreciate how the survey functionality lets us gather feedback effectively. The benefits platform integration is also a nice touch that organizes everything in one place.
Cons
Reporting features could use some work and I've had mixed experiences with customer service. They're also not very proactive about keeping up with new laws and regulations, which can be frustrating.

Phone support responds quickly whenever I need help and the agents there really know their stuff, way better than the chat team who just send you links to articles.

I really regret choosing this as our HRIS solution. Trying to manage a modern compensation system through it is impossible. You literally can't maintain variable compensation at the employee level, which is mind-blowing. The system only lets you set variable targets by job position applying the same amount to everyone in that role with no way to customize for individuals. The compensation planning module is extremely limiting too. You can either have admins upload all changes or open it up to every manager, nothing in between. Since only some of our managers handle compensation planning, we're stuck using spreadsheets instead of the actual module. The interface looks really outdated and our employees complain about it constantly. Coming from Gusto, this was a huge step backwards for our users. What the sales team promised during demos wasn't actually possible once we went live. During implementation, they accidentally loaded another company's employee data into our account. Our HR team could see everything before we caught their mistake.

I mainly work with the HR features daily and finding employee details is pretty simple. Honestly I preferred the previous version since it felt more user-friendly but that's just my take. What I really appreciate is how simple it is to update employee information.
Cons
The reporting could use some work. I'd love to see more options for custom reports. They've made alot of great improvements recently but there's still room for a bit more flexibility in this area.

Pros
The pricing structure is awesome since it bundles multiple modules like Payroll, HR records, Benefits and Expenses all together. There's incredible functionality packed into this platform and the automation features really simplify our processes.
Cons
Benefits implementation team hasn't been much help at all. There's so much more I'd like to accomplish with this platform that just isn't available yet, things like fillable forms, I-9 requirements and workflow automations that would really make a difference.

I appreciate that the support reps really know their stuff and can handle my toughest payroll questions. When two of my employees relocated to different states, they walked me through the tax requirements and made sure everything was deducted properly.

Setting up pay batches is so convenient and I can quickly process one-off checks without any issues. The action forms for things like terminations and pay adjustments are also really user-friendly.
Cons
Support through email takes forever to get back to you and you're pretty much stuck with whatever reports they give you since customization options are really limited.

Customer service team is incredibly knowledgeable and I rarely find myself waiting on hold for extended periods. What really impresses me is how they stay current with compliance requirements like FFCRA and other regulations, they're always ahead of the curve.
Cons
Would be great if we could just drag and drop emails and documents straight into the employee files. We're using Paylocity now for personnel records and that functionality would make things so much smoother.

Customer service team has been so helpful and quick to respond whenever I need assistance. What I really appreciate is being able to run reports on basically any field in the system and create custom reports that fit my specific needs. The ability to upload employee documents is incredible, not just for onboarding but for ongoing things like bank account info and other paperwork employees submit.
Cons
Response times can be frustratingly slow when dealing with complex problems. Once multiple teams get involved, things really start to drag and you're left waiting much longer than you'd expect for answers.

Cons
The only thing I didn't like has actually been fixed now. We use both PTO and Comp Time for our staff and originally employees couldn't view there Comp Time balance through the system. Thankfully, that feature is available now so it's no longer an issue.

Having everything in one program has been a game-changer for our team. It makes business operations smooth and ensures employees get the info they need quickly. Going completely electronic has drastically reduced errors since there's no more paper trail to mess up. What I really appreciate is how we can gradually master one module, then explore and implement new ones. This keeps us competitive and improves our efficiency. Honestly, I can't imagine how we would've survived 2020 without this system.
Cons
The survey reports aren't very customizable, which is frustrating when I need specific formats. It would be great if surveys could be added to the report writer to fix this issue. The workflows feel limited too. We use them but know they could be much more powerful. I'm hoping future updates will improve the survey, reporting, and workflow features since there's clearly potential for more functionality.
