Issues with benefits section

Pros

I really appreciate how everything connects across the platform. It's incredibly user-friendly for everyone on our team and the self-service options are a huge plus.

Cons

The enhanced benefits section has given us some headaches and the connection between open enrollment, carriers and payroll isn't always smooth.

Clean layout

Pros

The interface is well organized with a clean layout that makes it convenient for daily tasks.

Working with multiple FEIN's makes everything way more complicated than it should be. Setting up shift differentials is confusing and took me forever to figure out.

Pros

Automated payroll processing features really organize my workflow and make everything much more efficient.

Cons

The response time for fixing problems is frustratingly slow, especially when dealing with tax-related issues that can drag on forever. I find myself constantly having to chase down updates instead of them proactively communicating with me about progress.

Happy with it so far

Pros

I appreciate how this software helped us bring payroll operations in-house, which gave us much better control over onboarding processes, benefits enrollment and overall payroll administration. After leaving our previous PEO arrangement, we're really satisfied with everything this platform offers.

Cons

Would really love to see global payroll options since we have employees all over the world.

Cons

The portals don't communicate or sync properly, especially with PTO. There's no way to set up a test user for onboarding new people.

Pros

Payroll features are efficient, along with the reporting tools and expense tracking. Feels easy to use and I can find what I need without getting lost in menus.

Cons

Finding solutions can be frustrating since everything revolves around PEAK articles and they don't always cover what you need help with.

Recruiting portal is the best

Pros

Recruiting portal is great. It's my favorite feature. The automatic posting flow to other job sites works beautifully and saves me tons of time.

Cons

I like how user-friendly the tools are and how everything I need for HR is consolidated in one place, which saves me from jumping between different platforms.

Cons

customer support is a disaster

Pros

The interface is actually decent compared to other payroll solutions I've used and there are lots of features available. We've had this for a few years now and overall the UI design is solid.

Cons

Customer service has been a total disaster for me. I've reached out multiple times about FSA issues and always left my contact info for a callback but I never heard back from anyone. I'm definitely going to suggest that our HR department switches to a different provider.

Short time-out period

Pros

Customer support remains helpful, though reaching a representative takes longer than before. Some reps are more knowledgeable than others. Contacting the Client Rep Lead can take up to 2 days sometimes and I often dont get email responses so I'm constantly following up.

Cons

The timeout period is way too short. I'm constantly having to log back in throughout the day which gets really annoying. Each function has its own separate module so switching between HR tasks and timesheet tracking really slows things down. You can't open multiple instances at once either, which would make it so much easier to work with different modules side by side. We've been struggling with our G/L report since day one and even with a consultant helping us, it's still not working properly. For those of us on the West Coast, the 4:30 cutoff time for payroll is just too early. Our workday doesn't end until 6 PM PST so we're always feeling rushed trying to get everything submitted within the 2-day window.
