The interface is actually decent compared to other payroll solutions I've used and there are lots of features available. We've had this for a few years now and overall the UI design is solid.
Cons
Customer service has been a total disaster for me. I've reached out multiple times about FSA issues and always left my contact info for a callback but I never heard back from anyone. I'm definitely going to suggest that our HR department switches to a different provider.

Pros
Customer support remains helpful, though reaching a representative takes longer than before. Some reps are more knowledgeable than others. Contacting the Client Rep Lead can take up to 2 days sometimes and I often dont get email responses so I'm constantly following up.
Cons
The timeout period is way too short. I'm constantly having to log back in throughout the day which gets really annoying. Each function has its own separate module so switching between HR tasks and timesheet tracking really slows things down. You can't open multiple instances at once either, which would make it so much easier to work with different modules side by side. We've been struggling with our G/L report since day one and even with a consultant helping us, it's still not working properly. For those of us on the West Coast, the 4:30 cutoff time for payroll is just too early. Our workday doesn't end until 6 PM PST so we're always feeling rushed trying to get everything submitted within the 2-day window.
