Pros
I find it really easy to use and all the essential tools are available right in the self-service portal. I also love that it automatically sends requests to managers and lets me track the progress of everything in real-time.
Cons
It takes some time to get used to as there is a lot of information. While there is a Tour you can take, most of it is learned through trial and error.

It is an easy-to-use HR platform that handles most of our company's needs perfectly. Employees can quickly enroll in benefits and view their profiles and personal information without any hassle.
Cons
Payroll and running reports can be tricky. Their reports are not very user-friendly and it is difficult to choose the fields you need for the report. It does not have screen sharing or co-browsing features and their benefits are managed on a separate platform, which is a hassle.

The system's reporting and custom report features are incredibly effective and the compensation module implementation and role management tools work really well for our team.
Cons
I wish they'd given us some advance notice before updating the performance module. The change itself might be fine, but being surprised by it wasn't great.

tbh this tool is very easy for both employees and managers to use. I did not even need to get any training because it's that user-friendly.
Cons
I do not have many complaints but there were a couple of times when duplicate punches were hard to fix, so I just deleted them and re-punched for the day.

The interface is user-friendly and it offers great employee engagement tools like shout-outs and surveys. The mobile app is great too and it has strong payroll and compliance tracking, along with decent reporting flexibility.
Cons
The implementation and training process can be a bit rough. It can feel overwhelming with the number of features available. Customer support is also inconsistent and I feel like some areas of the UI still need improvement.

I think Paylocity is a fantastic management tool for companies and it is really helpful for employees to track timesheets, PTO, sick time, benefits and more.
Cons
Well I do not like how the software requires you to change your password so often. I'd prefer a different security measure. I have also had issues trying to clock in at work and being asked to change my password.
