It's great to have all aspects of the employee experience centralized in one place.

What I appreciate most about Paylocity is the ability to chat with others easily. It makes communication quick and convenient. It realy helps to keep everyone connected and on the same page.

It's frustrating when I can't find a specific page, and I can't remove people from previous chats, cluttering my view with conversations I can't exit.

Having a "Self Service Payroll" software for employees is incredibly convenient. Being able to monitor my paycheck, download tax forms like W2s during tax season, access my timesheet and request time off is fantastic. I appreciate the peer management feature, where birthdays and years of service are acknowledged. The fact that it's available on the Mobile App is a plus.

Cons

The constant password change requests are my least favorite aspect, although I understand it's for security reasons.

The sign-up and log-in process was pretty straightforward and hassle free. Onboarding went smoothly without any complications.
