easy to use features

Pros

Payroll, HRIS and time tracking features are pretty friendly.

Cons

The troubleshooting process can be painfully slow when issues pop up whether it's timecard problems or tax filing errors that need fixing.

Team knows their stuff

Pros

We depend on this platform for handling our payroll requirements. It's simple and whenever our team has questions, the support team is accessible and really knows their stuff.

Cons

I really wish there were more staff recognition programs or contests to encourage using the platform. It would also be great if they could visit our office for lunch and learn sessions.

affordable software

Pros

The interface is so user-friendly. Integration with our benefits platform means updates happen automatically without any manual work on our part. Reports are excellent and provide exactly what we need plus the pricing is really reasonable for what you get.

Cons

Would've been nice if it could connect with our 401(k) provider.

Knowledgeable staff

Pros

I'm impressed by the live support. You get connected immediately to friendly, knowledgeable English-speaking representatives instead of dealing with chatbots or poorly trained staff like other platforms. The support team is helpful and can assist with whatever you need. This has honestly been the best payroll provider I've worked with.

Cons

There could be better reporting features for custom fields when exporting to Excel and some bugs need fixing.

rigid security permissions

Pros

The push notifications really boost employee engagement and keep everyone connected. Those compliance dashboard alerts make spotting issues so much easier.

Cons

Missing a production testing environment makes it tough to try out new workflows before going live. Security permissions are pretty rigid. You either get full access or none at all in most areas. There's not enough data validation built in so people can enter inconsistent information that causes errors down the line.

Smooth transition

Pros

It's very user-friendly. Our conversion from the old payroll system went smoothly and everything was well-organized.

Cons

Communication with the service team hasn't been as clear or responsive as I expected. Even though I was assigned a customer rep, I haven't had any direct contact with them yet.

Pros

Their support team responds incredibly fast when I'm up against deadlines and need urgent help. Whether I reach out by phone or email, they quickly jump on my questions and work hard to resolve whatever issues I'm facing. The team is always knowledgeable and ready to help.

Cons

The only downside is that the security features are almost too good. I get logged out frequently when I need to step away and work on other tasks outside the platform.

Can tailor reports, poor phone app

Pros

Reporting features are awesome. I can customize them exactly how I need them. Plus, the attendance tracking covers everything I could want and more.

Cons

The mobile app doesn't offer much functionality for employees, pretty restrictive in what you can actually do on it.

Pros

It offers an impressive range of HR tools that cover pretty much everything I need. What I really appreciate is how simple it is. You don't need a manual to figure things out. They're also constantly innovating and staying ahead of industry trends, which gives me confidence we're using something that won't become outdated.

feels easy to use

Pros

Really appreciate how natural it feels. Being able to reset employee passwords myself instead of having to call support every time is a huge time-saver.

Cons

Haven't quite adjusted to the updated employee demographics interface yet. It's taking some time to get comfortable with the new layout.
