Cons
There could be better reporting features for custom fields when exporting to Excel and some bugs need fixing.

The push notifications really boost employee engagement and keep everyone connected. Those compliance dashboard alerts make spotting issues so much easier.
Cons
Missing a production testing environment makes it tough to try out new workflows before going live. Security permissions are pretty rigid. You either get full access or none at all in most areas. There's not enough data validation built in so people can enter inconsistent information that causes errors down the line.
