I find it easy and budget friendly. Creating forms for my mobile app has been really simple with this platform.

Pros
You can automate practically everything and when I pair it with ZAPIer, workflows become much simpler to manage.
Cons
Interface could be more user friendly in my opinion though there have been noticeable improvements this year. It's also quite pricey for what you get.

I'm impressed by how quickly and accurately I can find information in this system. It gives me complete visibility into what's been completed, how long tasks took and what's currently stuck. The platform makes it easy to access all the services our company is running, especially when deadlines are approaching. I really appreciate how processes connect to each other, it prevents me from forgetting important procedures. The Pipe feature has been particularly useful for tracking employee productivity and understanding client demand volumes.
Cons
Pipe organization could use some work, everything gets lumped together in one spot and even though I can name them to keep related ones close, having actual grouping features would make things much cleaner.

Pros
It is great how this tool helps me manage individual connections, project oversight and brainstorming. Working across multiple topics becomes manageable since I can organize all my tasks in one place. The interface is easy to navigate, though it does consume quite a bit of data during use. One frustration is the limited editing options, sometimes I need to make quick changes but can't find the right settings to modify things easily.
Cons
Interface can feel a bit too simplified at times and I wish there were more advanced customization options for complex workflows. Sometimes the basic Kanban setup doesn't quite fit our more intricate processes.

Once I grasp the basic concepts, the simple design makes it accessible for me to use.
Cons
Interface could use some work to feel less overwhelming when you're just starting out. Adding new fields during setup can be pretty intimidating and I think some color coding or visual cues to distinguish between different sections would make a huge difference for newcomers.

Honestly I wasn't sure at first but this turned out great. I really appreciate how well everything integrates together and the incredible support from the whole team. The educational resources, technical assistance and customer service give me confidence when using it and presenting to potential clients.
Cons
At first the really wide range of applications made it tough to zero in on specific client needs and solution value. I can see they're working on fixing this gap though.

Organization features are incredibly simple making it easy to manage almost everything. For me training new team members is easy since the interface is so user friendly. There's also an extensive library of tutorials covering every function the system offers.
Cons
Interface can feel overwhelming at first since there's so much functionality to dig into and for me it takes time to really get comfortable with all the features available.

Interface is incredibly clean and the API is easy to work with. I really appreciate how customizable everything is and the pricing is quite reasonable. This tool can take you from zero to launch and then help you scale effectively.
Cons
Adding new users can be confusing at times. We've had situations where people logged in and somehow ended up in the wrong account which was frustrating for our team.

Activity card organization is fantastic especially with deadline reminders and the database that builds customer history and activity records. It really helps me to keep everything organized and accessible.
Cons
Missing a visual tool that shows how activities impact each other graphically. For me it is confusing when multiple tasks have the same deadline.

I guess so being able to create and rearrange fields and phases however I need them is great. The way you can model pipelines to match your actual processes is fantastic, especially with how parent and child cards connect and move through triggers. We've aligned our internal communication using template emails for simple task alerts. The ability to mention users in comments has been a game changer for keeping information centralized and improving how we communicate. The deadline visualization makes it so much easier to understand what's coming up and manage demands effectively.
Cons
Mobile app really needs work, it's just not practical for daily street use. The interface looks terrible to me and navigating through it feels clunky and unresponsive.
