packed with features and simple

Pros

It is packed with useful features and really simple to set up, even if you are new to it. The price is also much more affordable than similar tools out there.

Cons

The features we can access really depend on which version of the software you have which feels quite limiting.

Simple automation but costs add up

Pros

I love how simple it is to use, with automation that is both practical and easy to implement.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that the costs can add up with charges per user, for automations and on top of that, the service fees.

user-friendly and flexible

Pros

The platform is user-friendly and flexible enough to adapt to our unique requirements. Also it is excellent for mapping out and monitoring our workflows.

Cons

Some of the more advanced tools require extra paid extensions. Also I'd really like it if more automation features were included by default.

perfect project management solution

Pros

I find this platform really easy to navigate and love how I can customize it to fit whatever project I'm working on. It makes tracking activities so much simpler especially when collaborating with my team.

Cons

What I don't like is that the plan I'm on doesn't include all the features I'd find useful. Some tasks could be much simpler if there was more automation available to align the process.

amazing tool for aligned workflows

Pros

Customizing everything to fit my needs has been really easy and I like that I can set up different integrations and automations without much effort. The setup went smoothly and whenever I've needed help, the support team has been quick and really knows what they're doing.

Excellent Organization Tool

Pros

What I like most is how it keeps everything organized across departments. In telecom, we're always juggling sales, onboarding and closing tasks so being able to move customers through pipelines, add comments and adjust sections makes sure nothing gets missed.

Cons

From my perspective, I really can't think of any major complaints, everything feels well put together and you can customize it however you need.

I find Pipefys user friendly interface and no-code building solution very helpful for training our team on new processes or updates. In our ever changing industry, the agility Pipefy offers is essential for our long-term success.

No More Excel Sheets!

Pros

Having everything in one place means we no longer depend on Excel sheets and versioning. Reporting is simple and easily customizable and the workflow and project status tracking have significantly boosted our teams efficiency.

Cons

The setup was a bit challenging for certain items mainly due to our team's unique requests. However, the Pipefy team was very helpful as they provided us creative solutions to address our needs.

Pipefy has been a great asset for workflow management

Pros

I love the simple user interface, how easy it is to onboard new users and the automation features.

Cons

I find the member admin page not very useful. I have to click multiple times to expand the list and see all our users. It does not show how many users have each role which makes it tricky to manage licenses. I did also like to see login frequency, not just the last login.

Pipefy, a must have for large organisation with multiple projects

Pros

Pipefy dashboard is neat and clean, real-time tracking is excellent, it is mobile-friendly and the support team is outstanding.

Cons

Integration can be a bit problematic and requires a lot of bandwidth to operate smoothly.

Excellent tool for process automation

Pros

If you need to organize your company's existing processes and ensure they are followed, Pipefy is a great tool for that. Along with the way it allows you to organize processes and phases, in a simple way, completely web-based, without having to install anything, it is a great choice.

Cons

You must be sure of how you are building the processes and phases because a future change due to a lack of a shallow analysis in their development may make you have to recreate some processes and/or phases. But if the analysis is well developed before creating the processes, the problems in restructuring something are minimal.
