Pros

Having everything in one place means we no longer depend on Excel sheets and versioning. Reporting is simple and easily customizable and the workflow and project status tracking have significantly boosted our teams efficiency.

I love the simple user interface, how easy it is to onboard new users and the automation features.

Cons

I find the member admin page not very useful. I have to click multiple times to expand the list and see all our users. It does not show how many users have each role which makes it tricky to manage licenses. I did also like to see login frequency, not just the last login.

Pros

If you need to organize your company's existing processes and ensure they are followed, Pipefy is a great tool for that. Along with the way it allows you to organize processes and phases, in a simple way, completely web-based, without having to install anything, it is a great choice.

Cons

You must be sure of how you are building the processes and phases because a future change due to a lack of a shallow analysis in their development may make you have to recreate some processes and/or phases. But if the analysis is well developed before creating the processes, the problems in restructuring something are minimal.

Pipefy - practical platform for task automation.
Pros

First and foremost, I have to mention the price. I must say it is one of the most affordable automation software options I have tried. I also love Pipefy's intuitive and easy to use interface which allows even those with limited technical skills to get started without any hassle. Among its features, I find it very useful to create complex flowcharts easily, which is essential for professionals needing precise visual representations. The platform supports real time communication among team members and facilitates both internal and external collaboration which eventually makes teamwork seamless.

Cons

While the platform is practical, its dashboard needs better organization and a more colorful user interface. Additionally, the email system needs improvement, as many emails end up in spam folders which leads to lost communication with clients.

Pros

Pipefy helps me create custom workflows catering to my teams needs. I can adjust processes and steps to match our workflow and automate repetitive, manual tasks. This not only saves time but also reduces errors which boosts our productivity. I also like being able to track the progress of my company's processes through it.

Cons

With its numerous functions and automations, it initially takes some extra time to customize everything according to our needs. but once set up, its easy to use. The price is a bit higher but the tools functionality justifies the cost.

For someone like me who uses a wide range of software, Pipefy's intuitive and easy to learn nature is a big plus. My processes are automated quickly and pretty nicely. Also it is user-friendly and has been a vital tool in managing my business. I have found it fantastic to use.

Cons

There need to be improved channels for client interaction. A sudden, radical upgrade threw us off schedule. Due to issues with their notifications, we are currently searching for an alternative platform.

Cons

Pipefy's charges for automations are quite high. While I acknowledge the value of these automations, the pricing does not align with what most companies can afford. Easy tasks Pipefy BPM is simple and useful
Pros

For a simple operation, I find Pipefy's BPM tool easy to use and implement. Its functions can be streamlined and the user interface is simple. Also it seems like an excellent BPM solution for small and medium sized businesses and it integrates seamlessly with a wide range of other products. The community interaction and support are also outstanding.

Cons

The technology seems insufficient for managing complex tasks. Although the layout is nice, it lacks community information. Despite reading and experimenting with the product I still have complex questions.

Pros

The no code tools are very useful for creating process workflows. Also the program is very user-friendly, simple to navigate, with fantastic graphics and intuitive features. Its great for project management, process management and managing team activities. I like how Pipefy empowers me to develop and customize my processes in any way I want. The level of detail and history I can store on a single Pipe is huge

Cons

I wish there were more resources for creating dashboards. Other elements, like automation, could make some tasks easier. The email tools need more features and resources for developing better email templates. There are restrictions even with a corporate account that cannot be changed.

Pipefy helps my team collaborate properly in planning operations which eventually ensures all procedures are completed within set time frames and streamlining the approval process. With Pipefy, we designed process paths and created adaptable flow branches. If a process within the diagram is missing a field, Pipefy lets us follow a different path and notifies the relevant actors to take appropriate actions.

Cons

Excellent project tracking and task management platform
Pros

Pipefy is quite user friendly and has helped us track our inventory from its arrival at our company to its distribution to sales representatives. It also manages financial operations like purchase orders, accounting and invoicing, giving us better control over project expenditures. I also like the ability to view all processes from a Kanban perspective and use features like email automation and pipe connections. The multiple tools in Pipefy have made our workflow much smoother.

Cons

I noticed that I cannot add many users to a single workflow instance. Job progress is not updated in real-time which delays reporting and visibility for the entire team. Although the interface is decent, it lacks community information.

Great software for organizing tasks

I really like the Kanban style of operation in this software. It allows me to easily view tasks, add deadlines, descriptions and assign them to individuals. Pipefy has been instrumental in organizing our finances and creating a tool to manage our Business Development efforts. I needed these services because of the nature of my work.

Cons

It can be challenging to track progress when reporting tasks in real time due to delays in ensuring all employees have an accurate picture. Also, payments are based on users rather than the total cost of the software, which might discourage broader team participation due to cost. Incredible collaboration tool that increases productivity
Pros

Pipefy is a great tool because it lets me develop and manage any type of process from scratch. It handles everything from procurement to sales, recruitment and project management. To simplify things, I can attach documents, email checklists and link to other pipes.

Cons

Pipefy's support staff is very helpful and patient while guiding me through the process, which makes it difficult for me to track any flaws right now. They allow me to make mistakes which helps me learn how to use Pipefy properly. Although the technology can be difficult to grasp initially, its worth the effort in the long run.

Simply a great tool
Pros

One of my favorite aspects of Pipefy is its wide range of features. Although software with such range of features can be difficult to use but Pipefy was easy to set up and work with, even for new team members.

Cons

AMAZING product, service falls off cliff after you pay--not the start up they used to be

Their tech stack is amazing and the integration with Workato is smooth. There is almost nothing I cannot do on the platform, but I have noticed that their service structure has been poor lately.

Cons

This is my second time using Pipefy and the experience of modeling and going live is not what it was two years ago for my first project. They allocate a set number of hours for modeling "pipes," but Zoom calls, strategizing time and bug fixes all count against this time. The biggest issue was when their developer designed our pipe with a major flaw and refused to fix it (even ignoring my emails for weeks) unless I paid for additional hours at $125 per hour. I felt stuck in a cycle of constant costs. I chose not to pay extra and tried to resolve it myself but the developers design was so complex that even their support team could not figure it out. Essentially, my project was held hostage. They do not provide documentation on the architecture and leave me to fend for myself, offering a $125 per hour solution if I want help. Additionally, their support is nonexistent after hours, on weekends and during Brazilian holidays. In 2022, I have not encountered another SaaS that operates like this. Even during business hours, the turnaround time is 90 minutes. Workato is a great integration tool but is also pricey, costing $0.075 per ping, with most processes needing 2 to 3 calls to achieve the goals.

One of my all-time favorite features is the Sprint panel because it lets me break down my weekly to do list into manageable chunks. Pipefy has been a huge asset in streamlining my companys operations. I used the platform to identify where most errors were occurring, what actions to take and what procedures needed changes.

Cons

In my opinion, Pipefy is an excellent tool though there are a few minor issues I'd like to see addressed. I did like an option to select a time and working hours for the expiration date, but there is not one available.

Pros

Building forms, flows and managing projects is pretty easy here. The CRM and communication tools we can set up, along with automations and integrations between different tools, are game-changers. Having all these features in one software where my entire team can access and contribute saves a lot of time and effort.

Cons

I have to create all the flows from a pre-formatted template or start from scratch. There is no way to adapt or import from a sheet or another software we have used. This limitation makes migrating from another platform to Pipefy quite challenging.

Organizing your entire company in a clear and objective way
Pros

The tool lets me create fully customizable cards where I can input any type of information. We use these cards to store customer details which allows us to track the status of client issues whether resolved or pending. The tool works well on both desktop and mobile and the ability for all collaborators to use and edit simultaneously has added more dynamism to our operations.

Cons

The cards do not always update for all collaborators in a timely manner and I often have to wait for updates to sync. Also my team had some difficulty adjusting to the tool at first, but after a few weeks, everyone agreed that the companys progress and growth are impressive.

Pros

What I like most about Pipefy is the option to divide project stages into a Kanban board which provides a clear overview of the project and its progress. Creating panels with project data also makes statistical analysis easier and supports better decision-making.

Cons

One issue I encountered was when trying to make a comment on a task on the Kanban board. I wanted to add line breaks in the comment, but once posted, the entire comment lacked line breaks. This made it hard for other project members to read parts of it. Aside from this minor problem, I have no other complaints about the software.

Good, but there is a lack of resources and it is expensive for countries with a devalued currency like Brazil
Pros

The software is excellent for process management as it allows activities to be conducted in a highly organized manner. It lets me hide customized fields based on rules which is one of the key reasons we continue using it. This feature helps keep activities organized across departments and prevents team errors.

Cons

The automation features, as well as the portals and documentation, leave much to be desired. We are currently testing ClickUp in some areas and have not fully migrated yet. We sometimes need to use Integromat to handle tasks within Pipefy, which seems a bit absurd. The documentation and Playbooks are essentially non-existent which makes it hard to educate the team with useful resources. Pipefy's Portals are nearly useless and haven't been consistently developed. Despite being a Brazilian company, Pipefy's pricing at $36 per user, plus additional charges, makes us constantly search for alternatives. Unlike companies like RD Station which understands Brazil's pricing issues and negotiates better, Pipefy's response to such concerns was dismissive. This dissatisfaction has led us to explore alternatives, and we keep an account with ClickUp, hoping to find features that might eventually replace Pipefy.
