“Useful for Daily Workflow
Pros
Transformation capabilities blow me away, this thing could honestly replace entire web services if you really think about it. I'm constantly discovering new ways to automate processes and even after using it daily, there's still so much to explore. Being able to trigger emails with a simple click, connect cards with initial values and control email workflows with multiple options, it's like having a whole automation universe at your fingertips.
Cons
Recent updates have really messed things up for me. I'm dealing with communication breakdowns, information flow issues and shipping problems, basically errors everywhere. When I tried reaching technical support, I felt pretty abandoned and still haven't heard back after two days. Here's a perfect example, if you delete old email templates to set up automations and avoid duplicate sends, you lose all the shooting history from cards that were already in process. It's really frustrating and has seriously disrupted my workflow.

Being able to view every opportunity on a single screen is pretty amazing, that's how I can quickly identify where each one stands in the sales process.

Would love to see yearly performance breakdowns, I know opportunities carry over but having that annual view would be really helpful.

How well this integrates with other systems is best quality of this tool and the sLA tracking capabilities for our state projects is excellent too. Being able to monitor these service level agreements is crucial especially since the specifics change based on what each customer needs and how we measure performance between us and our providers.

Being able to set up personalized dashboards is perfect for me while I can use the existing templates as a starting point.

I really like how the kanban boards work easily with email integration and automation features. What's particularly nice is being able to start with basic processes and expand them over time as needed. The support team has been fantastic and their help center is incredibly useful for me. Beyond just having great functionality, the whole team provides exceptional service throughout both implementation and ongoing support.
Cons
Database functionality feels pretty pointless to me, you can get the same results with pipes and it actually has less features. The PDF builder needs work and the Google Calendar integration isn't quite there yet. What really bugs me is the lack of documentation for custom apps. More video tutorials or examples would be helpful.

Customization options are incredible, I can easily adapt it to fit exactly how our business operates. It's flexible enough to work with any type of process which makes it really versatile. The portal feature is particularly useful since it lets us create a centralized hub for everything we need.
Cons
Integration with other platforms could be smoother since I have to rely on third party resources. It would be great if it connected with modern communication tools like WhATsapp and Telegram for faster team coordination. The reporting features need more flexibility, there aren't enough options for creating and customizing reports right now. I know they're working on these improvements but they're not available yet.

Interface is easy and doesn't require much training to get started. What really stands out to me is how adaptable it is, we've been able to implement it across multiple departments for completely different workflows.
Cons
Automation settings being in a separate menu instead of built into the pipes is a bit inconvenient for me. Would also love to see drag and drop functionality for reordering fields in phases and the initial form.. having to manually adjust the order is more tough than it needs to be.

“Reusable Templates save Time

Reusable templates are a huge time saver for me. I can grab something I've used before and apply it to new processes without starting from scratch. What really impressed me is how it automatically adapts based on what you already know making the whole setup process much smoother. It's clearly built for people who don't have extensive technical backgrounds which makes integration and getting started really easy.
Cons
setup took longer than expected, we had to reconfigure servers and adjust our internal processes to make everything work with our existing systems. This whole process stretched over 5 months though I'll give credit where it's due, their support team was really helpful throughout and did everything they could to get us up and running quickly.

I love how this handles processes that don't have established workflows yet. Creating automation rules is easy once you understand the logic structure behind it.
Cons
Reporting feels incomplete to me without visual dashboards or graphs. We end up having to use ZAPIer integrations just to get the data visualization we need which adds unnecessary complexity.
