Pros

flexible kanban boards, limited database export options

Pros

Kanban board is incredibly easy to work with and for my team it offers great flexibility while still maintaining proper user restrictions. This makes it perfect for creating reliable business processes that actually stick.

Cons

Database functionality feels incomplete, I can't export my data which is pretty frustrating. Also wish there was a way to embed databases directly into websites through iframes or similar integration options.

accessible data management

Pros

This tool has been incredibly accessible for managing data from both my internal and external teams. I can create different processes for each product we're currently working on. The platform provides multiple articles about managing workflows, creating processes and understanding the tool itself. The support I receive is really fast and comprehensive! I've never had to manage such a huge workload with a big team before and it genuinely surprised me how having the right tools can help you grow.

Cons

sometimes it gets unstable and I find myself double checking operations to make sure everything went through properly. I really wish there was a way to import database information directly when filling out fields, it would save so much time. There's this annoying issue where I have to reopen cards multiple times just to paste information because the fields appear blank even when they actually contain data.

great support with custom database creation

Pros

support team is fantastic and I love being able to create custom databases from scratch.

Cons

Interface feels a bit confusing when I first start using it, though this probably won't be a dealbreaker for most people and didn't heavily influence my overall decision.

Exploring New Management Tools

Pros

speed is impressive and the tutorials make customization really easy for me.

Cons

bad UX with overwhelming card management

Pros

I use this platform to map out our workflows, like setting up our sales pipeline and feedback collection. When we share forms with clients, they can easily submit their information and we get great visibility into all the data for analysis.

Cons

UX design is really poor, with over 50 cards, managing tasks becomes a nightmare and feels overwhelming to me.

great support and easy reporting

Pros

Customization options for pipelines are fantastic, I can set them up to show exactly what matters most. Creating custom reports for both my sales team and owners is easy. The software itself is user friendly and implementation was smooth. What really stands out is the support team's responsiveness, I don't have to wait days for help and they're incredibly knowledgeable. This tool has genuinely simplified my daily tasks.

Cons

I'd really appreciate if they added a dark mode option since I'm pretty sensitive to bright screens. Other than that there isn't much to complain about.

Pros

Kanban style interface makes everything incredibly visual and easy to manage. What really impressed me was how easily information flows between different areas through the pipe integrations. Plus the automation features have dramatically cut down on manual work, I'm talking about automating an entire advertising agency workflow from initial briefings all the way through contracts and payments.

Cons

This platform handles all kinds of processes well but design customization options are pretty limited. For instance when I want automated emails to have a proper layout, I have to manually write HTML code. A style converter would be really helpful. Same issue with the PDF builder, I can't style content directly in the text input fields. Other than these design limitations, I'm quite satisfied with it.

good workflow controls, frustrating editing and reporting

Pros

Okay, so here's my honest take.. I appreciate how employees can't bypass any phases or steps in the workflow. The email functionality is great, along with the PDF generation, open forms and ZAPIer integration that really align our processes.

Cons

Editing options for pipes are scattered everywhere, some are in the settings under the + button, others in the ... menu and some in the gear button. It's confusing to navigate. Also, PDF generation is great but when PDFs are generated in a pipe, I have to download them and then attach them again to the card just to send them through the preset email feature. The PDF creation doesn't number pages either which is really needed for contracts. Would love to see integration with Docusign or similar digital signature apps. The reporting feature feels pretty limited tool, I can sum number columns but can't even count how many entries a pipe contains in a report.

Great Process Control with simple setup

Pros

Really easy to pick up and teach to newcomers, perfect for digitizing paper workflows fast. If I have some tech skills, I can do amazing things with ZAPIer integrations, APIs and automated processes.

Cons

App has been running slower recently.. though this seems like a temporary issue to me. The pricing is also tricky for users in Brazil since everything is billed in dollars only.

Pros

I can quickly check project progress without digging through menus. Setting up parameters is easy and there's good flexibility in how I structure each workflow step.

Cons

Filtering feature tends to freeze up on me and when it does work, the results aren't always reliable.

great workflow system

Pros

It's nice how the developers really listened to user feedback and created an incredible workflow system. Setting up pipelines is easy, maintenance is simple and the insights go beyond what I expected. It genuinely aligns process tracking and makes everything more manageable. When remote work started, my task management was completely chaotic. Between sticky notes, notebooks and emails scattered everywhere, staying organized while isolated from my team became nearly impossible to handle effectively. I'd tried Monday, Trello, Google Keep, asana and even my own spreadsheets, none of them worked for me. They all required too much setup time and honestly I'd just forget to update them. When you're busy and moving fast, there's no time to maintain those fancy looking productivity tools. That's when I found this platform and got completely hooked. After downloading it, I noticed the pre built pipelines you could simply customize with easy steps, so I jumped right in.

Cons

Dashboard layout isn't my favorite, the recommended pipelines look too similar to the ones you already have installed which makes navigation feel a bit clunky. That's really my only complaint though.

amazing workflow automation platform but expensiveeee

Pros

Building process workflows without needing any technical support or IT assistance is great for me. The interface design is really simple which made it super easy for me to get comfortable using the platform right away.

Cons

Pricing can hit you hard as an early stage company, at $12 per user, it adds up fast when you multiply by your team size. Being in Brazil makes it even tougher since we're dealing with the dollar conversion, so that $12 becomes around 72 reais per person with today's exchange rate. We've also run into some frustrating automation delays where there's a huge gap between when something should trigger and when it actually happens.

excellent deadline tracking with team transparency

Pros

How this aligns my workflow and keeps me on top of deadlines for all my tasks is amazing. It also lets me track both my own progress and see how my teammates are doing which creates great transparency across the team.

Cons

sometimes this tool feels a bit disorganized to me and finding certain things can take a while.

simple interface with adaptable workflows

Pros

Interface is incredibly user friendly and makes handling our daily workflows with numerous customers really simple. Being able to customize each step means we've essentially built our own process management solution that fits perfectly with how we operate.

Cons

Mobile app can feel a bit limited compared to what you get on desktop though I get why they simplified it to avoid making things too complicated.
