“reliable Kanban tool overall but slow reporting and poor recruitment fit
Pros
Finding information is simple because everything's laid out so well. Managing projects feels easy and I didn't have to spend much time learning how to use it.
Cons
Reporting functionality is pretty slow and frustrating. You could have 35 fields on your card but only 25 show up in the actual report which means you're constantly having to coordinate with the team to get things working properly. IT support can be sluggish with follow ups too and some features just don't make sense, like the way cards get created. We've been using this for recruitment purposes but honestly it's not really built for that kind of work.

Pros
This tool keeps me organized and makes my workday so much easier. It solved many of my workflow issues and the learning curve was gentle. When I started a few months ago, it completely changed how I manage my tasks. Having all my issues in one place helps a lot and the support team has been friendly and helpful whenever I need them.
Cons
I wish it had more functionality like the ability to create duplicate pipelines.

My workflow feels smoother now and organizing requests takes less time. Everything feels structured and evenly shared across the team which helps us stay on track.
Cons
In my opinion the pipeline could really benefit from adding user assignments directly to the cards, it would make tracking who's responsible for what much clearer and easier to manage.

Pros
This platform gives a really complete solution compared to others I've used. The interface is clean, setup was simple and the support team has been amazing. Getting started took less effort than I expected.
Cons

Pros
Workflow runs things smoothly without delays. Whether I'm onboarding new hires, processing orders, or managing data, nothing gets stuck anymore. Once I start a project, I know it'll finish on time because the system moves it step by step.
Cons

First and foremost, I have to mention the price. I must say it is one of the most affordable automation software options I have tried. I also love Pipefy's intuitive and easy to use interface which allows even those with limited technical skills to get started without any hassle. Among its features, I find it very useful to create complex flowcharts easily, which is essential for professionals needing precise visual representations. The platform supports real time communication among team members and facilitates both internal and external collaboration which eventually makes teamwork seamless.
Cons
While the platform is practical, its dashboard needs better organization and a more colorful user interface. Additionally, the email system needs improvement, as many emails end up in spam folders which leads to lost communication with clients.

Programming it takes very little training and I love that it handles both internal and external communication really well. The mobile app is super handy, automation saves a lot of time and creating forms for big data projects is easy. It's been a great tool for our team.
Cons
Although it is great but I have some suggestions. It is missing an organizational overview dashboard that would show all processes in one place. Would be helpful to have indicators for tracking progress, overdue tasks and calculating service level percentages for each request, this kind of centralized view would really improve how we monitor our service requests.

For me the interface was easy to learn right away. Automation features make work much faster and the AI tools are very smart. It's become an essential part of how we manage our processes.
Cons
Automation features works great but my automated emails from the pipeline often end up in candidates' spam folders which is really frustrating. I've had several candidates tell me they never got feedback about there selection process, only to find out the emails were sitting in spam. This happens way too often and makes communication unreliable.

Pros
What caught my attention first was how simple the interface is. I never felt lost even with advanced features. Setting up flowcharts was quick and matched what I wanted perfectly. Since I work in exhibitions, accuracy is important and this tool delivers. Real time communication makes teamwork so much smoother than before. It's now something I use every day.
Cons
The registration process is way too complicated for me and takes forever to complete. While it's a great tool overall, the initial setup experience really needs work especially when you compare it to competitors like Lucidspark that handle onboarding much more smoothly.

I like how I can handle information, check APIs and access documentation without needing a developer. This platform really encourages me to explore and learn. Anyone who hasn't seen how powerful it is probably just hasn't used it enough yet.
Cons
Currently handles everything I need and we've actually suggested it to our partner departments. Would be great for my team if they offered regular check-ins with the product team, maybe every couple weeks or monthly, to discuss improvements for day to day use. For me the access hierarchy is pretty limited right now and while the standard setup works, our team could really benefit from more granular permission levels.

It really helps me stay on top of my day to day tasks. It shows exactly where I'm at in every process and honestly it's such a relief not to forget important stuff anymore.
Cons
I feel like I'm paying premium prices just to do most of the heavy lifting myself. While the platform works well for basic needs, getting more advanced functionality means I have to invest significant time building custom solutions. For what we're paying per license, I expected more out of the box capabilities rather than having to construct everything from scratch.

From my perspective the customization of Kanban options are awesome, I can tweak things however I want which makes managing workflows so much easier.
Cons
search functionality really bothers me since you can only look through one database field at a time. Getting data imported is pretty frustrating too.

Pipefy helps me create custom workflows catering to my teams needs. I can adjust processes and steps to match our workflow and automate repetitive, manual tasks. This not only saves time but also reduces errors which boosts our productivity. I also like being able to track the progress of my company's processes through it.
Cons
With its numerous functions and automations, it initially takes some extra time to customize everything according to our needs. but once set up, its easy to use. The price is a bit higher but the tools functionality justifies the cost.
