the customization and automation features are really nice
Cons
Pipefy might seem complex at first because of its numerous functions but that is something that happened in the beginning only. Once I got used to it, I found it quite easy to navigate. though the price is a bit higher than others on the market, I believe its worth the investment.

Getting started was really simple, quick setup and barely any learning curve. What I really like is how it adapts to our business needs without needing a tech expert. The low code setup means anyone on the team can jump in and make updates.
Cons
I think emails sent through this platform occasionally end up in spam folders which can be frustrating when trying to communicate with clients.

Cons
Automation features can be a bit confusing at times and I've noticed some information gets lost in the process. Support response times could be faster, the sLA feels lengthy though I guess thATs pretty standard for most platforms.

The support team is amazing, always quick to help and genuinely friendly. I also like that I can figure out most things myself thanks to the super helpful online guides.
Cons

“Good workflow tracking but bulky phases and email glitches

This tool keeps our experiment workflow neat from start to finish. Tracking every order, from request to payment, is so convenient. The setup makes sense and I love how the history log shows exactly who handled what.
Cons
When a phase gets loaded with more than 20 cards, it becomes a real pain to preview everything, I'm constantly scrolling just to see what's in there. The automation email system is pretty complicated too and when clients reply to those automated messages, getting proper notifications is nearly impossible. Also frustrating that I can't fill out excel sheets online through the platform.
