Once familiar with the platform I feel it is easier to use than other market leaders. The bookmarking/favorites feature is especially helpful.

Cons

Some payroll processes felt overcomplicated such as employee changes, I would prefer a more aligned approach with less jargon and more helpful tips.

This tool Payroll is user-friendly and integrates easily with the accounting software. I find managing payroll, taxes and employee benefits much easier and automated calculations and tax filing save a lot of time. Direct deposits work efficiently for both employers and employees.

The cost can be high for smaller businesses especially with additional features or multi-state payroll support. Occasionally I think the updates or tax regulation changes require manual adjustments and customer service can be slower than expected.
