Payroll has become stress-free for us. I can rely on the system to handle it smoothly.

Cons

Nothing.... I can't think of any other cons, we've had only success with it.

Tracking and updating payroll is easy. I find the automatic updates with tax tables very helpful and liability payments and filings are simple to manage.

Cons

Payroll processing was slow and often had glitches. I had to contact support regularly and they often required unconventional workarounds until updates were released.

This tool Payroll is user-friendly and integrates easily with the accounting software. I find managing payroll, taxes and employee benefits much easier and automated calculations and tax filing save a lot of time. Direct deposits work efficiently for both employers and employees.

Cons

The cost can be high for smaller businesses especially with additional features or multi-state payroll support. Occasionally I think the updates or tax regulation changes require manual adjustments and customer service can be slower than expected.

Confirming taxes and social security filings can be confusing due to multiple reports shown briefly before being moved to History, I had to check History to ensure everything was submitted.
