“lacking support response”
Pros
This tool Payroll worked fine until I needed support. I found dealing with multiple agents over months frustrating and the issue was never fully resolved.
Cons
Support is lacking, I spent hours communicating with them over what was described as a "software issue" with my account.

The cost and overall Intuit account setup caused some frustration for my team and the licensing became confusing when used alongside other Intuit products.

“customizable user-friendly payroll solution”
Pros
The tool has the advantage of being customizable to suit business needs. I find it very user-friendly, automatic payroll saves time, reporting and paying taxes are efficient and employee setup and onboarding are simplified.
Cons
I hope 401k contributions and payments will be handled automatically, as a small business, I found the cost slightly higher than expected.

“all in one payroll software”
Pros
This software makes it simple for a small business owner to manage hours worked, employee paychecks and billing from one platform instead of juggling multiple tools.
Cons
The cost was a bit more than I would have preferred but you really do get what you pay for anditis still the best payroll software I have used.

“Good for tax payments and reporting”
Pros
Adding employees and setting up their tax withholdings in QuickBooks Payroll is very easy. The payroll reports are also better than what I have seen in other payroll systems. It is also helpful that I can handle federal, state and local tax payments all in one place and having a support team available by chat is a big plus whenever something comes up.
Cons
One inconvenience withitis when an employee needs two checks in the same pay period. You have to process the regular payroll first and then run payroll again afterward just to create the additional check for that employee.

Pros
The interface is clear, concise and easy to work with which makes the software very user-friendly.

Itcan be tricky if you don't understand basic accounting logic, althoughitdoes break from that a bit by automating one of the most common tasks such as invoice generation.

“payroll setup is pretty simple”
Pros
Using it has been very easy. Adjusting amounts and adding or editing employees can all be done without any trouble.
Cons
One thing that gets annoying is having to keep changing the dates at the top. If a pay period ends on Sunday and I log in on Monday to finish entering time, itautomatically switches to the current pay period instead of the one that just ended.

“saves us time”
Pros
One of the best parts is how customizable it is to fit the needs of your business. The platform is very user-friendly so it doesn't take much effort to navigate or use day to day. Automatic payroll processing is a big time-saver and it does a good job with tax reporting and payments. It also makes employee setup and onboarding much simpler.
Cons
I'd really like to seeithandle 401(k) contributions and payments automatically as the payer. For a small business like ours, the cost also came in a bit higher than I expected.
