Pros

Absolutely none. Their customer service is poor and they will never refund your money.

Cons

Everything about this company is a mess. It is run by people who act like cowboys, hiring customer service advisors and managers who just ignore you.

Pros

Reward Gateway allows us to merge all our reward and benefits information into a single portal. Employees can easily access all the benefits including links to relevant forms, terms and guides. They also enjoy savings from a wide range of discounted sites and can earn cashback, which has become quite popular. The recognition tool is simple and easy to use which allows peer to peer recognition and the monitored awarding of shopping vouchers for significant achievements. Plus, you get a total reward statement that shows employees the value of all the rewards and benefits they receive.

Cons

I think the format could use some updating. Its not bad but compared to some flashier sites, it feels a bit static.

Very Simple

Pros

The product is pretty easy to work with as it offers many great features and employees can be recognized in real-time with social interactions, like celebrating anniversaries or acknowledging hard work. Large companies also use it.

Cons

Impossible to get a refund

Pros

Nothing is good. Their customer support is poor, they show a lack of respect, and they are not at all helpful by any means.

Cons

I made a transaction through Reward Gateway that I needed to cancel. They refused to contact the retailer on my behalf and told me they could not provide a refund (over 400). Instead, they suggested I give the voucher to family or friends if I do not use it within a year. Meanwhile, they will continue deducting money from my salary for a year. They blame the retailer and the retailer blames them.

Cons

The website's functionality is outstanding which makes access to company resources extremely easy when properly set up by administrators. They offer a wide range of deals, many of which are great value and simple to use. Although I haven't used the app myself, many colleagues rave about how good it is.

Cons

Many of the offers are quite niche, though I am unsure if this varies by company different companies might have different offers set up. You need to be careful to follow the correct link for some deals, and its not always immediately clear. It's not a major downside but its usually worth visiting the retailer through this site to ensure coupons apply correctly.

Pros

The design was highly customizable and the implementation team was very helpful.

Cons

The app, which is how most of our employees access the site since they are on the road and not in an office, does not have the same functionality as the desktop version. This discourages many of our users from using the tool and creates extra work for the admin team. I was not aware of these differences before we went live. Our team would like to post our own photos to celebrate success in the field. Additionally, the savings app is separate from the company app, which confuses people and the savings method is not very user-friendly.

Pros

I enjoy using the social recognition wall and the survey builder works well. The hub creation feature is great because everything is customizable.

Cons

Getting support is difficult and it takes a long time to receive a correct response. We currently do not have an account executive and the previous one lacked customer service skills. The upload feature is also quite poor.
