Cons

Working with Rippling has been an excellent experience. The platform is user friendly, modern and highly efficient which makes handling HR, payroll, onboarding and employee management pretty hassle free. Having everything centralized in one system is probably the part I value most since it saves a lot of time and cuts down on day to day operational stress. The automation tools are especially impressive and the interface is friendly and approachable even for users who are not very technical. On top of that their customer support team is responsive, professional and truly helpful whenever questions or issues come up.
Cons
There is honestly not much to complain about. A few of the more advanced features can take some time to fully learn simply because the platform includes so many capabilities but once you become familiar with it, the overall experience was very good.

Pros
Rippling's biggest advantage is how much of the employee lifecycle it brings together in a single system. Payroll, onboarding, benefits, device management, app provisioning and HR workflows are all connected in a way that works really well. The automation features cut down a lot of manual effort especially when bringing employees on board or handling offboarding. The interface seems modern and is easy to pick up, even for people without a technical background. Also I liked being able to tailor workflows and permissions while still keeping clear visibility across different teams. Reporting is also good and the integrations with other software make day to day operations far more efficient. Overall it delivers a very good experience for both admins and employees.
Cons
Even though it's a very capable platform, there are times when system performance slows down and some workflows can feel more complicated than they should when setting up advanced configurations. A few features are not immediately user friendly so they take extra time, setup or a look through support documentation before everything makes sense. There have also been moments where minor bugs or small UI inconsistencies caused confusion during admin tasks. Customer support is usually helpful but response times are not always consistent depending on the type of issue. Pricing can climb fairly quickly once extra modules and features are added. Even with those downsides, the platform still provides strong value and keeps getting better over time.

It is an excellent system. I run a large number of reports and the reporting tools are one of my favorite parts. Overall it's a very powerful and user friendly platform with a lot of strong features. The chat option is also a big plus since it works in real time and if needed, you can ask to connect with a live agent who responds very quickly. Payroll has also been simple to run and it handles retro pay and missed payments without any hassle.

Getting everything configured for your organization can take some time upfront but once the setup is finished, the system really takes over and does the heavy lifting for you.
