Cons
It offers so many features that it can feel overwhelming at times. But the good news is that the support and sales teams are just a call away and are always ready to assist.

Like I said, Rippling acts like my daily office attendant. It sends all my time-off requests directly to my manager and makes it simple for me to get in touch with the HR department. Overall it's the central link that connects all the different teams in our company.
Cons
I have not found any part of the platform to be lacking. It performs well in every area from security to accountability. The only small suggestion would be to simplify the login procedure a bit more.

“Brings payroll and HR together
Pros
My favorite thing about Rippling is how it brings payroll, benefits and HR together into one streamlined system which reduces mistakes and handoffs between departments. The setup was also genuinely simple as implementation was quick , data transfer was also easy and it did not require much IT effort. Their support team is also a huge asset as they are quick to respond, know their stuff and are proactive with any issues.
Cons
To be honest I do not have any complaints. The platform has only helped me improve how I receive payments as a contractor.

The best thing is that we can handle global hiring, submit invoices and get paid through any bank, all on one platform. In short the whole process is very clear as you can see who is approving each invoice and step, along with the expected timeline and there are no hidden fees.
Cons
I do not find any part of the service to be lacking. The speed of payment processing might feel a bit slow sometimes though I understand this depends more on my companys own internal workflow.

Having HR, payroll, benefits, IT and compliance all in one user friendly system is a game-changer. This all in one approach means fewer passwords to remember, less manual data entry and far fewer mistakes which gives me more time for strategic work instead of admin tasks. The automation and centralization are incredible. Every process from hiring to termination is streamlined. Plus employee information updates instantly across all systems, the reporting is powerful and you can customize workflows to fit the business which lets our HR team be proactive rather than just reactive. The setup was also smooth, the customer service is outstanding and quick to help and connecting all our apps was remarkably simple. It's a platform I depend on every single day.

Using Rippling is a pleasure because it is so simple. I was impressed by how simple the initial setup was. It makes running payroll much less complicated and I especially like that I can log my time and breaks directly in the system which saves extra steps. Plus the simple design makes everything easy to grasp and I would not change a thing because it works so well.

Getting started with Rippling was surprisingly easy as I did not run into any problems. The platform smoothly handles complicated processes especially for benefits and salaries here in Brazil which makes things much simpler for me. Also the health insurance and other benefits are impressive and modern. I really like the companys dedicated portal that simplifies everything and the email alerts are very useful. Its ability to manage employment across different countries is also a major benefit.
Cons
My main suggestion would be to have a direct phone line to get in touch with the HR team.

I think Rippling's platform is excellent and I highly recommend it. Their team made a potentially complex setup feel very simple. It handles our international payroll perfectly and ensures we follow all the local rules in different countries. Plus the payroll section works seamlessly for both staff and administrators.
Cons
Getting it set up was a very long process, though I know some of that is just the nature of handling payroll whether in the US or elsewhere. The system also feels a bit complex so simplifying it could make the administrative side more user-friendly.
