Pros
My favorite part is how simple it makes every task, from changing payroll details to getting a new hire set up in the system.
Cons
Well the workflow design tool is not as user-friendly as it could be. A few limitations get in the way of customizing processes exactly how I'd like.

Pros
After you get the hang of the program, it honestly makes your work life better. Everything gets processed much quicker and with less effort. The support team is fantastic and the platform itself is very basic with features that made setting everything up a smooth process. I use it daily and it's been a major advantage for me.
Cons
I wish I had the option to force a stop or end a process at a specific point when necessary.

“Automates user accounts and cuts manual work
Pros
It automatically sets up and turns off user accounts based on what we do in HR which cuts down on manual work and mistakes. Everything from managing leave to compensation is on one simple dashboard that is quick to navigate. In short working with Rippling is also just very easy.
Cons
For now I do not have many criticisms. I am pleased with all the available tools. One area for improvement could be better integration with Active Directory.

There are several aspects of Rippling I really value such as how well it connects with other software, how easy it is to access, the helpful reminders for unfinished tasks and the huge time savings from not needing multiple logins for all the different platforms I use.
Cons
The mobile experience could be developed further, as we still need a laptop or desktop to access some of the more advanced functions.

I value Rippling because it is a complete system that manages our benefits, payroll, time tracking and new hire onboarding all in one place. It brings all our policies and information together seamlessly. The document feature works perfectly and is simple to use, while the integrations are excellent and do not need any extra technical setup. The automation saves me a lot of time on routine tasks and its precise payroll processing is a major plus for our business. It also boosts our companys credibility by modernizing our entire HR tech stack.
Cons
Though I really like the platform but I wish they offered different pricing levels. Also for a smaller team like ours, the current cost is a bit high.

Everything about it is good such as getting paid on the same day, how simple the platform is to navigate and the fast, helpful responses from the support team.
Cons
There are a few issues that I noticed such as the platform can be slow to load, logging out is sometimes glitchy and the public holiday calendar does not sync properly for international teams.

Submitting forms and requesting time off is a very simple process with Rippling. Also the platform is easy to get around and everything moves quickly without any complicated, unnecessary steps. In short I found it incredibly convenient and user-friendly for these tasks which saved me a lot of time and hassle.
Cons
My main uses are for submitting time-off requests and forms and for these tasks, I have not run into any problems or found anything I dislike. The whole process has been very smooth for me.

We have integrated nearly every product Rippling offers over the years. It's fantastic because it lets us focus on our core business goals. My only wish is that they would add a tool for creating and sending customer invoices. Our initial setup for the PEO service was exceptionally smooth and made a huge positive impact.
Cons
At first getting help was a bit difficult, especially for payroll. Maybe because I was used to QuickBooks where you could just call a number. But Rippling has since added a very effective AI assistant for initial support and you can get a live agent instantly just by asking for one. So while I am fine with it now, I understand why people who prefer calling might see it as a drawback.

I have used several other services like Payoneer, Deel and AirTM, but my experience with Rippling has been the best by far. The system is very easy to use and I can handle all my tasks without any problems from either my phone or my computer. I use it every single day to clock in and out without a hitch.
Cons
As per me adding a feature for employees to request a cash advance would be a great improvement compared to other systems.

What I love most is how extremely simple and clear Rippling is to use. Plus the user-friendly design makes the whole experience pleasant. It streamlines getting paid perfectly, offering choices that fit my specific situation. The layout is also very smart and the sections for paid time off and payroll are incredibly helpful. The contractor hub also gives me all the details I need to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Cons
I'd prefer a different color scheme. Such as a blue interface would be nicer than the current brown tones.

Pros
Rippling HR is really simple to use and perfect for a remote work setup. Also it is extremely useful for global companies that need to manage payroll and HR services. I use it every week and have now used it at two different companies. I also really like that it can send the payroll funds directly to my local dollar account. To be honest I have not had a reason to try out the customer support yet.
Cons
It does take some time to get familiar with the system and configure your account properly but I guess thats just a normal part of getting started with any new software.
