Makes every HR task simple

Pros

My favorite part is how simple it makes every task, from changing payroll details to getting a new hire set up in the system.

Cons

Well the workflow design tool is not as user-friendly as it could be. A few limitations get in the way of customizing processes exactly how I'd like.

Removes stress from your work life

Pros

After you get the hang of the program, it honestly makes your work life better. Everything gets processed much quicker and with less effort. The support team is fantastic and the platform itself is very basic with features that made setting everything up a smooth process. I use it daily and it's been a major advantage for me.

Cons

I wish I had the option to force a stop or end a process at a specific point when necessary.

Automates user accounts and cuts manual work

Pros

It automatically sets up and turns off user accounts based on what we do in HR which cuts down on manual work and mistakes. Everything from managing leave to compensation is on one simple dashboard that is quick to navigate. In short working with Rippling is also just very easy.

Cons

For now I do not have many criticisms. I am pleased with all the available tools. One area for improvement could be better integration with Active Directory.

Great software connections and time savings

There are several aspects of Rippling I really value such as how well it connects with other software, how easy it is to access, the helpful reminders for unfinished tasks and the huge time savings from not needing multiple logins for all the different platforms I use.

Cons

The mobile experience could be developed further, as we still need a laptop or desktop to access some of the more advanced functions.

Pros

I value Rippling because it is a complete system that manages our benefits, payroll, time tracking and new hire onboarding all in one place. It brings all our policies and information together seamlessly. The document feature works perfectly and is simple to use, while the integrations are excellent and do not need any extra technical setup. The automation saves me a lot of time on routine tasks and its precise payroll processing is a major plus for our business. It also boosts our companys credibility by modernizing our entire HR tech stack.

Cons

Though I really like the platform but I wish they offered different pricing levels. Also for a smaller team like ours, the current cost is a bit high.

Everything about it is good such as getting paid on the same day, how simple the platform is to navigate and the fast, helpful responses from the support team.

Cons

very simple process for time off

Submitting forms and requesting time off is a very simple process with Rippling. Also the platform is easy to get around and everything moves quickly without any complicated, unnecessary steps. In short I found it incredibly convenient and user-friendly for these tasks which saved me a lot of time and hassle.

Fantastic integration for core business goals

Pros

We have integrated nearly every product Rippling offers over the years. It's fantastic because it lets us focus on our core business goals. My only wish is that they would add a tool for creating and sending customer invoices. Our initial setup for the PEO service was exceptionally smooth and made a huge positive impact.

Cons

At first getting help was a bit difficult, especially for payroll. Maybe because I was used to QuickBooks where you could just call a number. But Rippling has since added a very effective AI assistant for initial support and you can get a live agent instantly just by asking for one. So while I am fine with it now, I understand why people who prefer calling might see it as a drawback.

The best system for daily clocking in

Pros

I have used several other services like Payoneer, Deel and AirTM, but my experience with Rippling has been the best by far. The system is very easy to use and I can handle all my tasks without any problems from either my phone or my computer. I use it every single day to clock in and out without a hitch.

Cons

As per me adding a feature for employees to request a cash advance would be a great improvement compared to other systems.

Extremely simple and clear to use

What I love most is how extremely simple and clear Rippling is to use. Plus the user-friendly design makes the whole experience pleasant. It streamlines getting paid perfectly, offering choices that fit my specific situation. The layout is also very smart and the sections for paid time off and payroll are incredibly helpful. The contractor hub also gives me all the details I need to ensure everything runs smoothly.

I'd prefer a different color scheme. Such as a blue interface would be nicer than the current brown tones.

Perfect for remote and global companies

Pros

Rippling HR is really simple to use and perfect for a remote work setup. Also it is extremely useful for global companies that need to manage payroll and HR services. I use it every week and have now used it at two different companies. I also really like that it can send the payroll funds directly to my local dollar account. To be honest I have not had a reason to try out the customer support yet.

Cons

It does take some time to get familiar with the system and configure your account properly but I guess thats just a normal part of getting started with any new software.

My daily office attendant

Like I said, Rippling acts like my daily office attendant. It sends all my time-off requests directly to my manager and makes it simple for me to get in touch with the HR department. Overall it's the central link that connects all the different teams in our company.

Brings payroll and HR together

Pros

My favorite thing about Rippling is how it brings payroll, benefits and HR together into one streamlined system which reduces mistakes and handoffs between departments. The setup was also genuinely simple as implementation was quick , data transfer was also easy and it did not require much IT effort. Their support team is also a huge asset as they are quick to respond, know their stuff and are proactive with any issues.

Surprisingly easy for complex global processes

Pros

Getting started with Rippling was surprisingly easy as I did not run into any problems. The platform smoothly handles complicated processes especially for benefits and salaries here in Brazil which makes things much simpler for me. Also the health insurance and other benefits are impressive and modern. I really like the companys dedicated portal that simplifies everything and the email alerts are very useful. Its ability to manage employment across different countries is also a major benefit.

Cons

My main suggestion would be to have a direct phone line to get in touch with the HR team.

It makes managing HR, payroll and IT feel completely effortless. I love how it links everything together such as onboarding, pay, benefits and even company device setup can all be handled in one smooth process. Plus the automation saves me countless hours of manual work, the interface is modern and easy to navigate and the reporting tools are both flexible and insightful. It is the first system where I do not feel like I am constantly jumping between different apps just to complete basic tasks.

Cons

Since it packs in so many tools, the platform can be a bit intimidating when you first start. Getting some of the more advanced reports and settings configured requires a significant time investment and I wish the support team would respond a bit quicker. The cost can also increase quite a bit as you add more features, so you need to be selective about which modules you actually require.

Clocking in is simple and on payday, I get a notification from the app even before my bank alerts me. Downloading my paystubs is also easy, I use it nearly every day and would rate it a perfect ten. As I have never had a problem, so I cannot comment on the customer support but for everything I use it for, I am completely satisfied.

My favorite thing about Rippling is that it acts as the central dashboard for all my remote work details. It is simple to find my way around and locate any resources or information I need. I use it every day and it is very easy to handle whenever my company posts something new for me to check out. Help is available if I need it. From my very first time using it, I found it simple to navigate and upload all my onboarding documents. You do not need to be an expert internet user to figure it out making it very easy for beginners to adopt into their daily work life.
