“A unified platform that works for everyone”
Pros
Rippling works really well as a horizontal platform for mid-sized and large companies especially as a unified workforce operating system across HR, IT, Finance and other departments. The Enterprise Graph is something I truly value because it gives a centralized view of employee data across the whole organization. It also acts as a strong knowledge base that powers the Workflow Studio product which helps automate manual tasks across the business. On top of that the user experience is simple while still being easy to navigate.
Cons
There are still a few areas where it could be better especially when it comes to pricing Overall the support experience during onboarding and ongoing maintenance, the mobile app needing a stronger feature set and the Reporting module which could use a redesign and improved capabilities.

“Strong HR tools”
Pros
Right from the start the level of integration across Rippling's products stood out especially between the ATS and HRIS. After going live, we expanded our work with them in the U.S. as a PEO and in Ireland as an EOR. In both situations, the team has been responsive, adaptable and capable of working within very tight timelines tied to our target start dates.
Cons
At the moment it still cannot pay contractors in their local currency so we continue to rely on another provider for contractors located in the Philippines.

“Reliable time tracking with great benefits”
Pros
Having the time tracking feature built in is a big plus especially because Spanish law requires it. It's simple to use and helps employees stay on top of their hours so they can remain compliant.
Cons
The downside is the platform's stability. Once or twice a month, the network seems to go down and that causes problems with features like time tracking not properly starting or ending breaks, shifts and similar actions.

“Fast support”
Pros
With Rippling withdrawing money is pretty easy and whenever something goes wrong, the support team responds very quickly to fix it. It's also really useful that our managers can reach the whole team just by posting updates in the app.
Cons
I feel like the layout of the sections could be organized better because at times it's confusing to figure out where to click when moving from the money area to the clock-in and clock-out section.

“Convenient payroll with helpful support”
Pros
Rippling has been really convenient to use and it covers everything I need for payroll and employment management in one place. The layout is also user friendly and customer support has also been very helpful overall.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that it can take a bit of time to reload when switching between tabs, like moving from the Dashboard to Payroll.

“Reliable payroll”
Pros
Handling OT, timestamps and PTO in Rippling has been very easy. Even the one issue I ran into was resolved quickly and the response from the team came fast so overall it has been a very positive experience.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind right now. It has been working perfectly for me and I have not had any problems receiving my paycheck in my country's bank account.

“Quick to set up and easy to use”
Pros
Rippling was easy to use as a new employee and that was one of the best parts. It's very simple and joining my office felt hassle‑free.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see improved is the level of detail on the paychecks. It would be helpful if they included a more descriptive breakdown especially when it comes to taxes.

“Automated compliance that just works”
Pros
A big reason we chose Rippling was its all in one, automated compliance for our US operations. It takes a lot of the administrative work off our plate and significantly reduces the manual burden which made the decision to move forward much easier for our team.
Cons
The one drawback that comes to mind is that the client still had to handle a fair amount of data preparation and take the lead on registering with state agencies, such as California EDD and the Nebraska Department of Revenue, to get the required tax IDs and rates in place. Even with that, it has still been the best decision we've made as a startup.

“A modern command center for our company”
Pros
Rippling really stands out for bringing HR, IT, payroll and operations together in one system. It takes what would normally feel chaotic and turns it into something much more organized, almost like a central command center for running a modern company rather than just another piece of software.
Cons
The part I liked least is that the sheer number of features can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning. It's incredibly powerful but there's definitely a learning curve if you're new to the platform. Once you get familiar with how everything works though it becomes easy to work with.

“Custom password controls with automation”
Pros
Its password management, RPass is incredibly flexible. I can sort everything by folders, tags, departments and vaults which makes it much easier to keep passwords organized. It's also really useful that each password can have its own sharing permissions when handling access across teams and departments. For example, I can label a password as Marketing and create rules so anyone currently on the Marketing team automatically gets access. That's a very practical feature. Another part of the IT management side that I really like is the employee onboarding automation. When we hire someone new, I can automatically create accounts for Basecamp, Trainual, Microsoft, NetSuite and more which saves a lot of time.
Cons
One issue that seems pretty risky is what happens if you forget your IT or RPass password and have to reset it. When that happens, you lose all of the passwords stored in your personal RPass vault. That's a major concern. Because of that, I have advised my team to store every password in the company vault instead and be very strict about permissions. I'd hate to spend hours entering passwords only to lose all of that work just because I needed a password reset. I get that it's meant for security but I really wish there were some kind of workaround.

“All our HR needs in one portal”
Pros
Overall it was easy to use thanks to the tutorial videos and the platform is very user friendly overall. Having all HR functions in one portal makes everything fast to access and convenient to manage.

“Pay information ready when I need it”
Pros
Getting my pay stubs immediately has been really convenient and the platform is simple to navigate. I can also check my total earnings for the year which helps a lot when it's time to handle taxes.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into anything I dislike about it. It's easy to use, I can view my pay as soon as it's available and it makes it easy to keep track of everything.

“A platform with standout support”
Pros
Having most of my tech stack centralized in one place is a big advantage. There are a lot of modules and features so the learning curve seems steep at the beginning but once you get familiar with it, the platform becomes simple and user friendly. The customer support team is probably its strongest point as they reply quickly and take the time to help with every question patiently.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost since it's quite expensive compared with other vendors. It also offers limited customization and if you want to keep using another vendor you've relied on for a long time, direct integration may not be available. In some cases, you may even have to pay extra just to connect it.

“Hands-on help during setup”
Pros
Running a small business keeps me busy so having a very hands on rep guiding my account setup made a big difference. Since operations and HR tasks are not always at the top of the list, those items can easily drag on for a long time. The automated reminder emails, combined with real people checking in to make sure everything was completed on time and scheduling calls to walk through the details, was something I really liked. Without that kind of support, I don't think the platform would have felt especially user friendly but because someone walked me through the whole process, that never became a problem.
Cons
The only part I wasn't thrilled about was signing a long-term contract at the start. That said, the deal I received made it feel worthwhile and I was told that if I ever needed to cancel, it wouldn't be an issue.

“proven beneficial for us”
Pros
Having HR, payroll, IT and benefits in one platform has made a huge difference because I am no longer bouncing between a bunch of separate systems just to complete basic tasks. Bringing on new hires is actually quick now as I can set up their email, Slack, laptop and payroll all in one workflow and it works reliably. The automation for role based access and offboarding has cut down a lot of manual follow up and cleanup on our side. The interface is clean and user friendly, reporting gives us plenty of flexibility and the mobile app works the way a mobile app should. Whenever we've needed support, the team has been responsive and it's nice to see the product continue improving with frequent feature updates.
Cons
Because the platform covers so much, it takes a bit of time upfront to understand what each module does and how everything fits together. Some of the more advanced setup options, like custom workflows and more detailed reporting, can require extra digging through documentation or a message to support to get configured exactly the way you want. The cost can also climb pretty fast once you start adding more modules so it helps to be intentional about which pieces you really need.

“Mobile updates work really well”
Pros
At first I expected a bit of a learning curve since this was my first time using it but it turned out to be very simple to work with. Being able to make updates right from a phone is something I really enjoy too. That feature is such a nice touch.
Cons
At this point there really is not anything major I can point to as a downside. Everything has gone very well overall. The platform has been dependable, easy to navigate and efficient for everyday use. Up to now I have not run into any meaningful issues or challenges that have hurt my experience.

“reliable time tracking tool”
Pros
Keeping up with team attendance, PTO, vacation days and one on one meetings is very easy now. The page is consistently reliable too as I have never seen it crash or run into major issues. The AI support it uses is very helpful when questions come up so I have never really had a problem getting assistance. We also use it for time logging and payroll and reported hours have always been accurate without any issues. I cannot really comment on setup or value for money since those parts aren't under my responsibility.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve when you're new to the platform and it would be better if it allowed users to save their own favorite pages. Aside from that, it has worked really well.

“An HR portal I actually enjoy using”
Pros
Having most HR tasks gathered in one platform makes Rippling really convenient to use and keeps day to day management efficient. Employees can quickly check and manage their time off, view personal details and submit requests without any hassle. The portal also makes it handy to ask for needed documents at any time which helps with productivity and gives better visibility overall.
Cons
One issue that came up while using it is that requesting official documents is not as direct as it should be. For instance, there isn't a clear link or dedicated area to quickly request an employment verification letter. Instead, you have to go through the chat or support channel which adds extra steps and ends up taking more time. That can be frustrating especially when the document is needed urgently and having a more direct option would make the experience better.

“Great interface with trustworthy payroll”
Pros
It was easy to set up a personal account and the interface seems well designed. We also appreciate how reliable the platform has been overall. We haven't run into any site issues which gives the impression that their team stays ahead of problems and rolls out fixes before anything turns into a real disruption.
Cons
Our biggest concern is with the payroll schedule. Payments usually go out around the 15th and 30th of each month but the timing can shift a little. It would be much more practical if payroll were consistently processed every other Friday or Monday instead.
