Having worked with other management systems, Rippling is the most modern and user-friendly software I have used since joining Dermot Company. Everything is simple to find and if I ever get stuck, their support reps and chat feature are extremely helpful.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of a single thing to dislike about it. As I am completely sold on it.

Rippling is a great platform for handling HR duties, payroll and managing our workforce. It is very simple to operate with its user friendly interface, it connects easily with our other tools and the support team is quick to respond and very helpful. Also the automated features save us a lot of time and reduce manual tasks. I also really like how this platform simplifies our work. Overall it is a powerful, all-in-one solution for managing essential business operations.

Cons

I do not have any real criticisms but if I had to mention something, it would be that the pricing structure can be difficult to understand.

It makes managing HR, payroll and IT feel completely effortless. I love how it links everything together such as onboarding, pay, benefits and even company device setup can all be handled in one smooth process. Plus the automation saves me countless hours of manual work, the interface is modern and easy to navigate and the reporting tools are both flexible and insightful. It is the first system where I do not feel like I am constantly jumping between different apps just to complete basic tasks.

Cons

Since it packs in so many tools, the platform can be a bit intimidating when you first start. Getting some of the more advanced reports and settings configured requires a significant time investment and I wish the support team would respond a bit quicker. The cost can also increase quite a bit as you add more features, so you need to be selective about which modules you actually require.

It is quite user friendly system that brings HR, IT and payroll together in a single place. Also it makes onboarding new hires simpler, automates routine jobs and grows well with a expanding company.

Cons

The pricing is not very clear, also there is no way to test it for free and getting help for complicated problems can take a while.

“Simple clock-in and instant payday alerts

Pros

Clocking in is simple and on payday, I get a notification from the app even before my bank alerts me. Downloading my paystubs is also easy, I use it nearly every day and would rate it a perfect ten. As I have never had a problem, so I cannot comment on the customer support but for everything I use it for, I am completely satisfied.

Cons

I have no complaints as it genuinely meets all my needs.

I really like being able to just search a name to see someones role, so we always know which team to contact.

Sometimes the page takes a moment to load after a refresh but the wait is never very long.

It is a really great app especially for clocking in and out of my shift. It also gives me instant, one-click access to see all my benefits and exactly how much paid time off I have left. The setup was also pretty simple and I do not think it needs any changes. So I would give it a perfect ten and would definitely suggest it to others.

Cons

I am a fan of every aspect of it. So I have no negative feedback.

Working remotely from the Philippines, I really value how Rippling makes the payment process so simple for me.

Cons

The one thing I do not love is that payments can occasionally arrive later than expected. On the plus side I do like that you can see the live status of your payment and quickly get in touch with your HR department if there is an issue.

My favorite thing about Rippling is that it acts as the central dashboard for all my remote work details. It is simple to find my way around and locate any resources or information I need. I use it every day and it is very easy to handle whenever my company posts something new for me to check out. Help is available if I need it. From my very first time using it, I found it simple to navigate and upload all my onboarding documents. You do not need to be an expert internet user to figure it out making it very easy for beginners to adopt into their daily work life.

Cons

I honestly do not have any complaints so far. It includes every tool I need to do my remote work effectively.

I use it every single day. The software meets all our HR requirements and is very easy to use. Having a mobile app makes it even more convenient when I am not at my desk. I once had a minor page loading problem that was fixed very quickly.

On one or two occasions, I have had a page fail to load correctly.

I find Rippling very handy because it was so simple to set up and I could start using it on my phone right away. The available training guides are really useful and keep me updated on tasks to make sure I am following all the rules. I also like that the required harassment training is interactive and easy to use as it is detailed but works perfectly on all my devices.

The biggest advantage of Rippling is having all our information like company assets, payroll and performance reviews in one single place. This makes it simple for everyone to look up their own details and reports.

It is not just that the software functions well and is fairly priced but even the people at Rippling are also incredibly supportive and are always there to help with questions or to get you set up quickly.

This does not apply to me as I have not found any aspect of it that I dislike and it was strongly recommended to me by colleagues.

The automation is a massive time-saver, particularly for bringing new hires on board, updating benefits or handling employee departures. I am also impressed with how well it connects with other tools we use daily like Slack and Google Workspace. The dashboards are clean and the guided workflows make complicated jobs feel much more manageable.

Cons

Although Rippling has many great qualities, a few parts could be better. Such as the reporting tools sometimes feel restrictive and are not as flexible as I'd prefer, particularly when I need to extract very specific information from different sections.

Rippling is excellent at automation and keeping everyone informed. The initial setup went well and the staff are consistently friendly and supportive. Like if they do not have an answer immediately, they quickly connect us with someone who does or point us to helpful guides. Overall it's a much smoother experience than the other platforms we have used.

Cons

Since the platform is so comprehensive, they have a lot of specialized experts. So it can sometimes take a moment to get connected with the specific person who can handle our particular question.

The interface has a modern, user friendly feel though it does take some time to learn all the administrative features. But once you get familiar with it, moving through the system becomes effortless. The tools for employees are especially well-built as our whole team was using it without issues within the first month.

Cons

Though the API guides are fairly good for building custom connections but we did require some help from a developer for the more complicated automation we wanted to set up.
