Loved it!

Pros

Getting employees set up and keeping track of tasks is very easy thanks to the user friendly UI and workflow. On top of that it brings HR, payroll and benefits together in one place which makes everything much more convenient.

Cons

Over the past two years, I haven't run into any issues or challenges with it.

Reliable payroll with strong security

Pros

Using Rippling has been a really positive experience. The platform is user friendly, payroll consistently arrives either early or right on time and it feels safe and secure to use. It also comes with plenty of useful features.

Cons

The only thing missing is a feature that would let agents file for leave directly in the system.

ideal payroll and employee hub

Pros

Rippling covers pretty much everything you need for payroll and employee management. The platform seems user friendly and is generally simple to use.

Cons

Tax filing can be a little tricky and support responses tend to be somewhat delayed.

A user friendly dashboard experience

Pros

Right from the start the interface felt very simple to navigate. The dashboard with all the personal apps is something I really enjoy and the whole platform feels extremely user friendly. I haven't run into any issues at all while using it.

Cons

I honestly don't have any drawbacks to mention. I haven't had any trouble using the system and it includes everything I need for my role.

Pros

Helpful pay notifications

Pros

Its app does a good job of sending notifications when I am getting paid which is really useful.

Cons

One thing it's missing is the same level of payment status detail that's available on the web version.

Convenient admin tools all in one

Pros

Having everything related to admin tasks and employee information in one place is really convenient. The pay and time-off features are especially useful and make things much more manageable.

Cons

At times the leave management doesn't seem completely accurate and the system can be a bit slow occasionally.

Simple leave with clear pay visibility

Pros

Taking time off is not a problem, paystubs are easy to view and tracking my pay is almost always accurate.

Cons

The pay tracking isn't 100% exact every time although that seems more related to the bank's side than the software itself.

Convenient HR all in one spot

Pros

Having everything in one place has made Rippling really useful as an employee. I can request and keep track of my time off, check both current and past paystubs, access tax and employee documents whenever I need them and quickly find what I am looking for without jumping around. It's simplified a lot of HR-related tasks by removing the need to go through multiple steps across different platforms.

Cons

Nothing significant stands out as a downside. The only thing I'd change is having health and elected benefits included in the same platform but since those typically only need updates once a year, it's not a major issue.

Clean workflows with transparent data

Pros

it worked well as a management tool and kept organizational data clean and transparent. The time-off scheduling workflow, in particular, is really excellent.

Cons

One frustrating part is that the session logs out too often and there's still no SSO setup. On top of that the authentication code becomes a major blocker.

Clean UI with no clutter

Pros

The interface is super simple and it doesn't feel weighed down by unnecessary features.

Cons

Now the mobile app is really good overall. It used to be missing one or two features but those have been added now.

Helpful support with clear guidance

Pros

Using Rippling has been very easy and their support team has been really helpful whenever I have had questions about benefits or needed to figure out the right person to contact.

Cons

The benefits center took a few minutes to get familiar with at first but the videos were helpful and made it easier to understand.

Getting to timecards, employee information and similar details is really simple and easy.

Cons

All HR at my fingertips

Pros

Everything is laid out in a very user friendly manner so getting around the platform takes no effort. I can quickly find whatever I need, whether it's org charts, pay details or submitting PTO. It's very user friendly and gives me access to a lot of information right when I need it.

Cons

At this point I really don't have anything negative to say about the platform.

saves us time

Pros

Navigation on the platform is very easy so it's simple to locate whatever you need without wasting time. When it comes to health insurance, one feature I really appreciate is Rippling's integration with Rightway. It lets me ask questions about plan options while I am in the process of selecting a healthcare solution which has been very helpful.

Cons

I do have a few small critiques about the platform's UX but they're minor and don't come close to outweighing the overall advantages.
