Rippling works really well as an all in one HR and payroll platform. The standout part is how innovative the system feels and the interface is very user friendly which makes everything much easier to manage.
Cons
I feel like its payroll side could use some improvement because configuring changes can sometimes take quite a while.

Rippling integrates with almost every core system we use for employees. Plus it makes provisioning and removing licenses during onboarding and offboarding incredibly easy.
Cons

It is beautifully designed. The interface is very user friendly and moving between the different tabs is simple which makes self-service on the platform really convenient. My company also uses other Its products like Surveys, device management, virtual LDAP and a big plus is the app integrations since they make day to day tasks much easier to handle in one place. I genuinely enjoy logging into Rippling almost every day.
Cons
The time and attendance feature is missing productivity reports that show how employees are spending their time.
