“Workflow automation all in one”
Pros
Having employee management, HR, payroll, IT provisioning and benefits administration all handled in one place really organizes the workflow. Overall it does a fantastic job of automating these processes and keeps everything centralized.
Cons
The only issue on my side is that I haven't explored all of its features yet so I am probably not getting the most out of it yet.

Pros
It is like a really professional portal. The single sign-on works really well and integrates with a wide variety of applications which makes it really convenient. The overall look and feel is excellent and moving around the platform seems natural and user friendly. The anniversaries section is especially useful and the HR diagram is another feature that stands out in a positive way.
Cons
Honestly there is not much to complain about because everything works very well. Over time, I ended up using it a little less often but it still fits in nicely alongside other applications and complements them well.

Everything feels fast to use and having quick access with single sign-on to Benefits, HSA and my 401k account is really convenient. I also appreciate being able to split my paycheck between two different bank accounts.
Cons
Using the Benefits section on my phone is a bit difficult. I have to rotate the screen sideways to read it properly because in vertical view the information gets crammed together.

It offers a standard, user friendly experience with great features and it makes managing HR tasks pretty convenient.
Cons
Getting around the navigation can be a bit confusing when trying to find specific features. It would be much better to have a search option for menus and the dashboards also feel a bit outdated in their design.

Right away the platform feels clean and simple to navigate. It may seem minor but the messages they send every payday genuinely add a nice touch and make the whole experience feel more trustworthy because I am always kept informed about important activity in my account. The learning management feature is polished too and that's been a big bonus.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about. If I had to point out one thing some of the icons in the left sidebar don't clearly show what they mean until I hover over them so it can be a little harder to quickly understand the layout.
