Pros
Using Rippling has been a breath of fresh air. After working with ADP and Workday in several previous roles, this one feels much more user friendly and the UI is very simple to navigate and understand.
Cons
The mobile experience still seems a little disconnected though. I mostly use the mobile site to check my paychecks and that part could definitely benefit from a redesign.

“everything is going well”
Pros
Right from the start it has been very easy to use so it's simple to locate whatever I need without wasting time. I have been using it every day for about a year and I still haven't run into any problems. Since we use it to track employee hours, being able to view my work hours in real time is also something I really appreciate.
Cons
At this point there really isn't anything I dislike about it.

Pros
Everything about it seems very easy to use and the Chrome plugin has been especially helpful.
Cons
The only frustrating part is having to sign in again pretty often and go through multi-factor authentication multiple times to get to passwords, even though I understand why it's necessary.

At Circle Medical, it's hard to imagine how we'd operate without Rippling.

From the start, Rippling has handled just about everything I need. It tracks my worked hours accurately, gets rid of manual timekeeping mistakes and helps make sure payroll is calculated fairly.
