One thing that missed the mark was the alerts as they didn't let me know that I still needed to set up my payment information.

The interface seems user friendly and modern. It's nothing like those old-school HR/payroll systems people are used to and that's absolutely a good thing. The platform is easy to navigate, without being cluttered by unnecessary information so I can always find exactly what I need. I also really enjoy the email notifications I get whenever I am paid as the branding seems playful and cheeky in a way that makes the experience more enjoyable.

Cons

The only thing I'd suggest is adding a support chatbot so questions could be answered a lot faster.

Using Rippling has been very easy. You can divide the money you receive across multiple bank accounts and the payment arrives in your local currency with really favorable exchange rates that are handled automatically.

Cons

One limitation is that you cannot use bank accounts from different countries to send part of the money there while receiving the rest in your local bank account.

Every minute gets tracked and the records are completely accurate.

I honestly don't have any complaints. If anything, my only thought is wondering why the companies I worked for before never discovered it.

I feel like it would be even better if the app included a dark mode option since that could help reduce eye strain while using the platform.

At Kore this tool has become a key part of how we manage our core HR operations. The feature I value most is the two-factor authentication especially how well it works with Google Authenticator. On top of that the interface is simple to move through and presents a clear summary of information at a glance.

Cons

It already works as a complete tool on its own but there's still room to make it even better. I'd really like to see additional features around the SMART Goal concept, particularly with an integrated appraisal format.

Pros

Rippling does an excellent job of making paycheck information feel transparent and easy. Every part is clearly broken down, whether it's earnings from overtime and reimbursements or deductions like taxes so it's very easy to understand where everything is coming from and where it's going. On top of that the cute graphics on payday add a cheerful, fun element that makes using the platform even more enjoyable.

Cons

Getting around the platform was a little confusing. It wasn't immediately obvious where to submit PTO and sick day requests compared with where to check paycheck details so there was definitely a learning curve in the beginning. Once I got familiar with it, it became much easier to use but a clearer intro guide or tutorial would have made those first steps a lot more user friendly.

Using Rippling is very easy and approving things from anywhere is really convenient.

Cons

At times though getting certain tasks done on my phone can be a bit difficult.
