“Reliable remote payments”

Pros

Working remotely has been much less stressful with Rippling because the payments come through quickly and without hassle. Not having to deal with payment issues has given me real peace of mind and lets me stay comfortable and focused on doing my job.

Cons

I noticed that the payment email notifications can be off sometimes as they may show up before the money reaches my bank or well after I have already received it. Still, it's a very minor issue and overall I really don't have any complaints.

Pros

Everything seems simple, user friendly and easy to use. The experience stays consistent across all the modules which makes the platform look professional and the mobile experience is excellent too.

Cons

The missing dashboard is still a surprise especially since it has been on the roadmap for a while and its release is running well behind schedule.

Right away the interface feels very user friendly and the security built into the platform gives real confidence that personal information and privacy are well protected.

Cons

Having a live chat option would be better so it's easier to reach support when needed.

I like having everything in one place as it has made managing my HSA and benefits much simpler with Rippling. I used to bounce between multiple platforms just to keep track of my HSA contributions so this feels like a big improvement. Now I can set up contributions, check my balance in just a few clicks and even use the same login credentials across platforms which makes the whole process much more convenient.

Cons

The thing that could definitely be better is how visible customer support is. I ran into an issue when I accidentally selected a closed bank account while trying to reimburse my HSA and I needed help fixing it. In that moment, it was frustrating that I had to Google around just to find the support email. A clearer support link or more direct access to contact options inside the app would be really helpful.

Having all my work-related documents, pay stubs and tax forms in one place keeps everything organized and makes it much easier to manage.

Cons

I haven't run into any downsides so far. Everyone seems to value having everything brought together on a single platform.

Everything I need in one place has been the biggest plus. The platform is simple to navigate and it also makes things very manageable for supervisors and admins. Requesting and scheduling time off has been especially convenient and much easier than I expected.

Cons

I'd put a bit more attention on the mobile experience. It's still fairly cohesive and simple overall but I do run into occasional slowdowns. There have also been a few moments when the app didn't take me exactly where I was trying to go although it hasn't been enough to seriously hurt the overall experience.

Getting an email notification as soon as my salary is deposited is one of the best parts.

The interface is user friendly and the buttons are simple and user friendly.

Simple to use with a very hassle free setup and workflow. I use it regularly for work.

At times it glitches or freezes but overall it still performs well.

One thing I don't care for is the GIF feature not offering much freedom. I'd rather be able to pick from a wider range of options instead of just shuffling through them.

This app has been really easy to use. Compared with other time-tracking apps I have used before, this one feels much more user friendly. It's basically a one-stop app that covers all my employment-related needs.

Everything has been good. I haven't run into any issues or complaints yet especially since I have only been using it for about a month.

Right from the start its interface seems user friendly and easy to move around in even if it's your first time using the platform. It doesn't take much effort to figure things out and getting comfortable with it happens pretty quickly.

Cons

The only thing that really bothers me is the rating banner that keeps popping up on every page I visit. It would be much better if it showed up just once instead of reappearing every time I navigate to a different section of the platform.

Clocking in and out with Rippling is really simple which makes the whole process fast and fun.

Cons

I don't like that time-off requests cannot be submitted in smaller time increments and are limited to full days.

Pros

Rippling's HR site has been incredibly helpful for handling a range of tasks, from checking pay stubs and setting up direct deposit to tracking leave, holidays and getting responsive customer support whenever needed.

Cons

At this point I don't have any complaints about using this HR system.

Simple to navigate, quick to pick up and really useful for keeping track of PTO.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind. The only thing I'd change is that the remaining PTO count still includes days you already have scheduled.

Pros

Using the platform day to day seems very easy and the interface is user friendly. It works well for regular tasks, HR resources and similar needs without feeling complicated.

Cons

There isn't much I dislike about it. It seems very affordable for what it offers though one bit of feedback would be to add more options to the menu. Right now it seems a little empty but that may just come down to personal preference.

Overall the whole application is simple to navigate. It's also really helpful that I can access it from both my desktop and my mobile phone.

I haven't run into any issues as everything about it has been nice.
