It still offers plenty of customization and automation so it can be adapted to fit existing policies and processes without much trouble. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

The a la carte pricing works well in many cases but the cost can rise pretty fast if you end up using the full range of features.

It would be really helpful if a user could type or say something like, hey, based on my yearly accrual, if I take x number of vacation days in November, would I still be eligible to request x more days then? Right now those kinds of calculations still have to be done manually using the information the system provides.

The notifications are actually a big plus. It's very user friendly and whenever I forget to check my paystub, the app reminds me which I think is amazing.

I'd prefer having my HR rep's name displayed front and center for questions since the corporate hierarchy seems to get more focus instead. It can also be a bit tricky to figure out where to find the pricing for older benefits during a new enrollment period.

Rippling has a clean, professional interface. It took a little while to get familiar with it but now approving timecards or checking PTO balances seems quick and easy.

One thing that still bothers me is having to switch back and forth between the Admin and Employee accounts. I also used to mix up the Time & Attendance and Time Off sections until I learned to pay attention to the icon instead of just the first word.
