Pros
Getting started with Rippling was quick thanks to the guided implementation and the platform itself is very user friendly. It still offers plenty of customization and automation so it can be adapted to fit existing policies and processes without much trouble. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed.
Cons
The a la carte pricing works well in many cases but the cost can rise pretty fast if you end up using the full range of features.

The support from real people has been amazing. They have great self-help resources, but there's always someone available to assist me if I need it. The product itself is fantastic, onboarding was smooth, and the support team is always on point!
Cons
Can't implement all the modules fast enough! One thing that would make it even better is the ability to add more than one health insurance policy. We offer supplemental insurance and it'd be great to include that in Rippling too.

We made the switch to Rippling because of its extensive features that cover every aspect of the employee lifecycle. We used to rely on multiple tools for HRIS and performance management, which was both costly and cumbersome. Consolidating everything into Rippling has significantly increased our efficiency, reduced expenses, and allowed us to handle everything effortlessly.
Cons
The UX/UI of Rippling is not the most visually appealing and can be slightly jarring. We previously used Lattice, which had a beautiful user experience. Although aesthetics aren't the most crucial aspect, it was noticeable in comparison.
