Flexible automation with fast support

Pros

Getting started with Rippling was quick thanks to the guided implementation and the platform itself is very user friendly. It still offers plenty of customization and automation so it can be adapted to fit existing policies and processes without much trouble. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

Cons

The a la carte pricing works well in many cases but the cost can rise pretty fast if you end up using the full range of features.

Pros

Everything feels very user friendly and the whole platform is simple to navigate while still feeling current and up to date.

Cons

I'd still like to see more integrated apps especially for things like employee health, perks and discounts.

It is definitely worth it!

Pros

The support from real people has been amazing. They have great self-help resources, but there's always someone available to assist me if I need it. The product itself is fantastic, onboarding was smooth, and the support team is always on point!

Cons

Can't implement all the modules fast enough! One thing that would make it even better is the ability to add more than one health insurance policy. We offer supplemental insurance and it'd be great to include that in Rippling too.

Ideal for remote teams, user-friendly

Pros

My company switched to Rippling earlier this year, and the transition from our old HR software was seamless. It's so easy to check my pay, choose my benefits and handle everything HR-related, especially as a remote worker.

Cons

Everything I need for HR in one portal

Pros

All the things I normally need to ask HR for are available in one place.

Cons

A "remember me for 30 days" option with two-factor authentication would be really helpful. That way I wouldn't have to go through it every time I log in from the same browser.

Pros

Bringing HR, IT and finance together into one system, instead of managing several separate ones is a massive advantage. Also I like how simple and user friendly it is to navigate.

Lots of useful functions for HR tasks

Pros

Rippling HR has a lot of useful functions. It helps us organize our HR tasks more effectively. And it is perfect for scheduling our Paid Time Off (PTO) and it has a clean interface for quickly checking the company Org Chart.

Cons

I do not find it very easy to locate all the different features and details. Perhaps I just need more time to learn it or a guided tutorial would be useful.

Rippling is a crucial vertically integrated HR stack that will streamline your operation

Pros

We made the switch to Rippling because of its extensive features that cover every aspect of the employee lifecycle. We used to rely on multiple tools for HRIS and performance management, which was both costly and cumbersome. Consolidating everything into Rippling has significantly increased our efficiency, reduced expenses, and allowed us to handle everything effortlessly.

Cons

The UX/UI of Rippling is not the most visually appealing and can be slightly jarring. We previously used Lattice, which had a beautiful user experience. Although aesthetics aren't the most crucial aspect, it was noticeable in comparison.
