Having payroll, onboarding and employee management all in one place makes everything run much more efficiently. It simplifies the whole process and handles each part effortlessly.

It follows through on what it promises and has been incredibly reliable while staying very user friendly.

The only downside was during implementation, when the team didn't have all the answers to our questions about global contractors and it took a while to get those issues sorted out.

At first having everything linked inside the HRIS was exactly what I wanted. It made the platform feel very complete, cut down a lot of admin work and was fairly easy to navigate. It really came across as a true all in one solution.

Cons

That said the entire onboarding experience was a complete mess. We kept running into one bug after another and each country seemed to have a different onboarding manager sometimes even several when EoR was involved, with contacts changing and no one informing us. By the end, we had ended up communicating with 8 different people.

Everything on the employee side seems very user friendly and simple to follow. Having my pay details, benefits and 401k all in one place is something I really like.

Cons

The time-off tracking works fine but our company still ends up relying on other, more detailed tools to handle things like sick leave and scheduled time off.

We're in open enrollment at my company right now and for the first time there's no stress around it. The whole process seems much more simple and enrolling in our benefits packages is incredibly simple.
