“Strong onboarding with access control”

Bringing on new employees is really easy and managing their access across different systems is one of the parts I appreciate most.

Cons

At the beginning, the interface seems a little overwhelming and it takes a while to become comfortable navigating it.

Pros

Joining the company felt very hassle free because there was no need to go through a middle person or HR for everything. The automated workflows handled the onboarding really well and the whole experience was excellent. It also comes with a wide range of features and the customer support was very helpful, giving regular updates whenever there was an issue.

Cons

I didn't run into any drawbacks at all while using it.

Pros

Having everything HR-related in one place has been really convenient and I appreciate getting notifications for all the important updates. It's also really helpful that I can pull up my pay details on my phone anytime, no matter where I am.

Cons

I don't have any real issues with the app itself but the way it was set up caused some confusion. My employer said they would match my HSA contribution up to $100 but when I was choosing my amount, the employer contribution stayed fixed at $100 and didn't adjust based on what I entered.

From the first time I used it the interface felt very user friendly so it took hardly any time to get comfortable with the tool.

Cons

If someone has multiple roles, like Admin and Employee, it would help to have clearer guidance on how those roles differ.

Using Rippling has been really easy from the employee side. The interface is very user friendly and simple and it makes handling my pay and PTO incredibly simple.

Cons

One thing I'd still like is better visibility into timing on the IT side specifically when things are being handled and how employers are managing them.

The platform is very easy to navigate and it saves me a lot of time when I need to find something. I haven't run into any issues using it.

Cons

At times finding the time-off section or figuring out how to enter time can be a bit confusing but it's still manageable. The support chat also sometimes pops up when I am just trying to log in.

Getting through the trainings and assigned tasks is easy and it's simple to contact support whenever help is needed.

A few parts of the implementation feel a bit underdeveloped at first. That said, once everything is properly set up, the system works very smoothly and is simple to use.

Having payroll and benefits right at my fingertips has been really convenient and accessible.

The only issue I ran into was having a bit of trouble locating the pay schedule after the company changed its compensation structure.

Its color scheme seems a bit strange. It's also hard to track down less common items, like requesting an extra HSA card and that part of the UI seems broken too as you can submit your information and get no confirmation at all that the system accepted it.

The support from real people has been amazing. They have great self-help resources, but there's always someone available to assist me if I need it. The product itself is fantastic, onboarding was smooth, and the support team is always on point!

Can't implement all the modules fast enough! One thing that would make it even better is the ability to add more than one health insurance policy. We offer supplemental insurance and it'd be great to include that in Rippling too.
