“All my HR tools together”

Pros

Everything I usually need from HR is available in one place which makes it really convenient to handle those tasks myself.

Cons

I'd change the 2 factor authentication. It would be much better to have a remember me for 30 days option so I don't have to go through it every single time I sign in from the same browser.

Navigation is really easy no matter the employee's experience level so it works well for everyone across the company.

Cons

I haven't come across anything I dislike about it so far.

It is easy to use and the visual org charts are something I really enjoy.

At times the multifactor authentication can be a bit annoying though I do appreciate the extra security it provides for my account.

Rippling is a very simple tool and as a first-time user, it didn't take long to get comfortable with it. The interface looks professional, it's visually appealing and the customization options make it fit different needs really well. There's honestly a lot to love about it.

Not being able to request PTO during the first 90 days was also difficult particularly because my managers were completely fine with it.

Pros

Approving timecards is easy, keeping up with training courses is simple and it serves as a one stop place for all employee information.

Cons

I haven't run into anything in this product that's difficult to use.

Pros

Handling everything in Rippling feels really convenient. Whether I am submitting a PTO request or updating and enrolling in benefits, the whole process is very user friendly and simple to navigate.

Cons

If I use both computers and the app on my phone, clocking out on one doesn't always update my status on the others right away which can be frustrating when I am trying to track my break.

“The best remote onboarding hub”

Pros

Starting a new remote role with Rippling has been the best onboarding experience I have had. It keeps everything about benefits, pay and the organization together in one place so it's really convenient to find what I need.

Cons

A few personally identifiable details feel too visible and should be hidden better.

I find it really easy to navigate and everything I need for my day to day work is right there in one place.

At this point I cannot think of any downsides.

We're currently on ADP and moving over to Rippling and the difference has been huge. Rippling feels much more organized and a lot more user friendly.

Compared with the software my employer used before, this has been a big step up. The interface is user friendly, the feature set is strong and it works very reliably. Overall it seems like an amazing program I can count on.

Cons

This might be specific to how my employer set it up but I often have to log in, authenticate to the main system and then sign in again just to access a specific app.

Everything I need from apps to important information, is kept in one place. It feels especially well designed for someone who's just joining a company.

Cons

There's always room to refine the UI a bit but I didn't notice anything that stood out as a real issue.

What matters most to me about Rippling is the front end as it has a clean, polished look and feel.

Managing payroll and benefits for myself and my team is very easy and hassle free with this tool.

I'd rather have an app-based 2FA option available instead of being limited to email or SMS.

“A complete employee lifecycle platform”

Pros

Being able to handle the full employee lifecycle in one place is the biggest advantage of Rippling along with HR, IT and payroll management. The interface is user friendly and the installation, setup and day to day use are not at all stressful. Also it gives remote access to records which has saved us from having to manage every employee's details locally.

Cons

Pricing is definitely on the expensive side which can make adoption difficult for startups. Customer support also needs to be more responsive but aside from that it's a great tool to have in place.

It's really convenient, the layout makes all the important information easy to find and the platform feels very user friendly overall.

I don't have anything negative to mention although I also don't have another system to compare it with.

Rippling has been excellent for managing our work. The features are impressive, the pricing is affordable and it comes well equipped with really strong customization options.

There really haven't been any major issues at all. It's honestly been the best.

It is very easy to use and I honestly cannot remember running into any issues whenever I need it.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is having a notification sent when something is still pending and hasn't been reviewed or approved after, say, 3 business days so I wouldn't need to keep reminding my manager to approve my leave requests.

Pros

Using Rippling has been very fun and my tax forms get sent to my email automatically which is really convenient.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems with the product and my overall experience has been very positive.
