Pros

Schedule Anywhere has completely transformed my scheduling responsibilities. As an Emergency Department scheduler for the past decade, and utilizing Schedule Anywhere for the last three years, it has been incredible to have access to staff schedules across the entire system, including other departments. Moreover, the ability for staff to access and manage their schedules remotely, submitting swap requests, schedule requests, and vacation requests on their days off, is truly remarkable. I particularly appreciate the convenience of coverage watches, ensuring adequate staffing for each shift. The filter option is also immensely valuable when dealing with a large department.

Cons

It would be beneficial if staff members could view explanations beyond the self-scheduling dates. We use explanations to mark assigned weekends/holidays and future trades. Having a visual representation of this information would allow staff to plan accordingly. Additionally, as a manager, I wish I could edit shifts or requests directly from the Messages Inbox.
