“great free tier but potential future concerns

Pros

I like having a free tier that works perfectly for our small startup since we don't have many employees yet. The whole process is simple and even someone like me who's new to this kind of software can figure it out without much trouble.

Cons

No complaints yet though I suppose more extensive use down the road might uncover some problems.

Pros

Having a free tier for a smaller number of employees makes this a really good fit for small startups like ours. The whole process is pretty easy too and the platform is simple enough to use even for complete beginners like us.

Cons

Nothing has come up as a downside yet though maybe with more use we might notice something later on.
