Pros

Very friendly dashboard, everything I need is right there and easy to find. The setup process was fantastic and made getting started easy. Tracking my team members is incredibly simple and well-organized. I've tried other similar tools before but nothing comes close to this one.

Cons

The experience has been fantastic overall but I think the screenshot timing could use some work. Right now, the shortest interval is 3 minutes and if I need continuous monitoring, I have to upgrade to video recording. It would be great if they could lower the minimum to 1 minute or even 30 seconds.

Really easy to move around, the menus are crystal clear. What I love most is how well it connects with my Trello tasks!

I have been using time tracking software for years and this one stands out as the most simple and comprehensive tool I've encountered. Once you log in, it basically runs itself without any manual input needed. The level of detail it captures is impressive and it tracks your total logged hours, breaks down active versus idle time and monitors which websites or portals you visit along with the duration spent on each. What really caught my attention is how it even records typing activity and mouse usage during specific time periods, giving you a complete picture of your productivity.

The reminders really help me stay focused on my work throughout my 5-6 hour daily schedule. As both a user and administrator, I appreciate how well it tracks time and manages team oversight. The screenshot feature and insights about time management, website visits and productivity patterns are incredibly useful. What I really love is the reporting system and the Timeline Daily Report gives me everything I need to see when employees clock in and out, what tasks they're working on and their total hours. Being able to export data in CSV, XLS and PDF formats makes payroll processing so much easier.

Cons

The dashboard only works through a browser which is inconvenient when I'd prefer checking everything in a dedicated app window. That activity bar constantly stays on top of other windows and gets really annoying.

It integrates with QuickBooks so well. Makes everything flow so much better. The syntax is easy and doesn't require a learning curve, which is great. Love getting those pop-up alerts when I'm wasting time, plus the reminders to actually track what I'm doing. Getting daily email summaries of yesterday's work keeps me accountable. The random webcam shots are a nice touch for monitoring productivity.
