“reliable solution for team productivity
Pros
Tracking and monitoring features work really well for our remote team. We had a smooth experience with the classic version and everything ran without any problems. It's been reliable for keeping tabs on team productivity.
Cons
Moved from the classic version to version 2 but ran into way too many issues since we were using the beta release.

Found it to be more user friendly than the previous versions and all the control options are organized much better so everything makes sense now.

Would love the ability to set up a custom URL specifically for our company's time tracking needs

The reporting capabilities are really detailed. I appreciate having the option to track different screens. Getting everything set up was surprisingly easy.

Pros
The performance tracking capabilities are fantastic & I can monitor my team from anywhere and get comprehensive details on all activities. The dashboard is very user-friendly and streamlined. What really sets this apart is the customer support, which blows the competition out of the water.
Cons
The installation process on Windows can be pretty frustrating so I ended up having to install and uninstall multiple times before it worked properly. Thankfully, their support team was incredibly helpful when I reached out and got everything sorted quickly. Really can't complain about there customer service!

“Easy to use with privacy features but constant annoying pop-ups
Pros
Its simple to get the hang of, just load your tasks and hit PLaY to get started. Has some nice features like webcam captures, screenshots, time tracking and those pop-ups that check if you're still working during inactive periods. Having both desktop and mobile versions is convenient. What I find valuable is the ability to blur screenshots for privacy protection which prevents any sensitive information from being exposed.
Cons
Doesn't boost productivity at all. The idle detection popup appears even when I'm watching videos, attending webinars or giving presentations where I'm mostly speaking. It's unprofessional and if you dont click "Yes (I am working)" your time gets flagged orange as "Manually added time."
