“Friendly but unprofessional pop-ups
Pros
Very friendly interface, just load your tasks and hit PLAY to get started. I really appreciate all the functionality it offers like webcam captures, screenshots time tracking and those helpful pop-ups that check if your still working during inactive periods. Having both desktop and mobile versions is convenient. What I find particularly valuable is the ability to blur screenshots for privacy protection which prevents any sensitive information from being exposed.
Cons
Doesn't boost productivity at all. The idle detection popup appears even when I'm watching videos, attending webinars, or giving presentations where I'm mostly speaking. It's incredibly unprofessional and if you dont click "Yes (I am working)" your time gets flagged orange as "Manually added time."

“Interactive but mobile app is glitchy

The interface is really interactive and doesn't require much training to get started. All the tools feel streamlined and efficient, which saves me a lot of time during busy periods. The management reports are well-organized and give me exactly the data I need without unnecessary clutter.
Cons

I appreciate how it manages tracking my work hours and organizing my schedule more effectively. Being able to monitor my agents' activities is fantastic. I can make sure they're using their time wisely and staying productive. The screenshot feature is really helpful and I can adjust their logged hours when exceptions are needed.

“simple dashboard with everything I need
Pros
It is great how simple the dashboard is. Everything I need is right there and easy to find. The setup process was amazing and made getting started a breeze. Tracking my team members is easy. I've tried other similar tools before but nothing comes close to this one.
Cons
The experience has been brilliant overall but I think the screenshot timing could use some work. Right now the shortest interval is 3 minutes and if I need continuous monitoring, I have to upgrade to video recording. It would be great if they could lower the minimum to 1 minute or even 30 seconds.

Pros
I like the screenshot function since our entire team works remotely. Keeping everyone accountable when they're scattered across different locations used to be a real challenge but this feature makes it so much easier to maintain productivity levels throughout the day.
Cons
More filters would definitely be helpful and I wish adding or removing users was simpler. It would also be great if the payroll feature could sync with our accounting software, that integration would save us a lot of time.

The interface is clean and makes sense. Their support team and developers are always willing to go the extra mile to address whatever we need help with.
Cons
sometimes the tracked hours don't sync properly which can be frustrating. Also when I'm editing user settings on different pages, it keeps redirecting me back to page 1. Really annoying when your working through multiple pages.

I can easily monitor both productive work hours and downtime. The "edit time" feature is really helpful. Employees can reach out and say "hey, I wasn't at my computer but I was still working, here's what I accomplished during that period."
Cons
occasionally it doesn't recognize when I'm actually working like when I'm on Facebook for business purposes, it still flags me as unproductive even though I'm doing legitimate work tasks.
