I am not thrilled about how clunky it is to move between different versions, there's definitely room for improvement there.

timeout settings aren't flexible enough and you can't adjust them for different tasks, which is frustrating when some processes need more time than others.

The payroll integration makes processing payments so much smoother, while the project and task management tools keep everything organized. Having schedule and attendance tracking all in one place has been a game-changer for managing my team.

I wish there was a way to set up a separate admin account so I could track how my team members are progressing without having to log into each individual account.

Sometimes the tracked hours don't sync properly, which can be frustrating. Also when I'm editing user settings on different pages, it keeps redirecting me back to page 1, really annoying when your working through multiple pages.

It doesn't recognize when I'm actually working like when I'm on Facebook for business purposes, it still flags me as unproductive even though I'm doing legitimate work tasks.

The level of detail it captures is impressive as it tracks your total logged hours, breaks down active versus idle time and monitors which websites or portals you visit along with the duration spent on each. What really caught my attention is how it even records typing activity and mouse usage during specific time periods giving you a complete picture of your productivity.

What I really love is the reporting system. the Timeline Daily Report gives me everything I need to see when employees clock in and out, what tasks they're working on and their total hours. Being able to export data in CsV, XLs and PDF formATs makes payroll processing so much easier.

The dashboard only works through a browser which is inconvenient when I'd prefer checking everything in a dedicated app window. That activity bar constantly stays on top of other windows and gets really annoying.
